The bill also requires voice service providers to develop a framework to verify calls are legitimate before they reach your phone.

Yes, I'm certain that the oil companies were not ramping up production until January 20, 2017. You didn't build that oil well, Trump did.

The amount of money earmarked for this problem is like spitting in the ocean.

Trump also cut individual tax rates. This led to sole proprietors and S-Corps to keep more money in their pockets which could be used for hiring people or buying equipment (which leads to more employment.)

Negotiated a new Canada-Mexico-US trade agreement. One that is tilted more in our favor than NAFTA. This will create more jobs here.

Imposed tariffs on China. Because of the tariffs some manufacturing jobs returned to the US. Many more left China for other Asian countries. This forced China to the negotiating table where Trump was able to start negotiating a trade agreement with them. Things were looking pretty good there until the Chinese virus hit the world.
