All Federal Courts in the US are part of the Judicial Branch of the US Government. To not know that is simple ignorance. To deny it is even worse.

The US Government is divided into three branches.

The Executive Branch.
The Legislative Branch.
The Judicial Branch.

To say that 1/3 of the US Government is not part of the US Government is just ludicrous.:rolleyes:
Oh dear, someone doesn't know his own Constitution! Strictly speaking, the government is the executive branch only. The other two branches have the power of reviewing or empowering the said government, holding it to account.

We established this principle here nearly four centuries ago. In fact we fought a civil war over it and the legislature and judiciary chopped off the head of the chief executive of the government to clarify the issue; funnily enough, ever since then everyone here has been clear as to where government begins and ends. You guys had a civil war a bit later didn't you. What was it about again? Oh yes, how much black people should be hated.

The police, like the courts, work for "We, the People." Yes, the police work for you. They maintain the peace for you along with everyone else in the community. When you breach the peace they correct you on behalf of the rest of the people in the community whose lives you put at risk by your criminal activity. By so doing they hope you will learn your lesson and no longer engage in that criminal activity thereby delivering you from possible incarceration sometime in the future. Which is to your benefit as befits those in uniform who work for you.

Of course that is how it works in a free country. How it works in a socialist dictatorship such as your country may be entirely different as you seem to have surrendered your liberty for whatever reason.
That's the most hilarious thing I've read all week!!

Yep, you've sussed us out: we are run by a socialist government (which calls itself Conservative, has cut welfare benefits for the poor to the bone, given tax cuts to the rich, is busy dismantling our 'socialized medicine' and is now in bed with a party that is somewhere to the right of Genghis Khan - but again, I wouldn't want the facts to confuse you), and Stasi agents roam our hospital wards looking for children to kill as we've been stupid enough to not like guns. Oh, and they're Muslims as well...because all Muslims are killers.

Will that do for you? Does that accord with your Fantasy Football view of the UK? If so, enjoy it; I wouldn't want you to visit here and have your illusion shattered.

LOL! ROFLOL!

Article III Section 1, Constitution of the United States

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Here is a really dumbed down explanation of the US Government at the level of little kids. Maybe that will help you understand it a bit better.

So explain exactly how SCOUTS governs . How does it defend the US for example from enemies at home and abroad? How does it spend government money, and on what? Does it declare war? Which Administration officials has it appointed? Etc etc

Another topic you have no understanding of. LOL!
Oh, the old "but it was really about states' rights" line? And which of these 'rights' in particular? Oh yes, the 'right' to be beastly to your fellow human being based purely on the colour of their skin.

Uh no, there is nothing about this post that is true.
