Have you ever sinned since being saved?

--------------------------------------------------

Of course. Have you? Haven't we all? So by your belief, none of us will be returning with our Lord in our glorified bodies, but must be cast into hell for a millenium. We must suffer in our spirit, in the spiritual abode of hell, with all of those who remain eternally separated from God. Our spirits will be temporarily separated from God, which is spiritual death by the way, to which is how God will chastise my sin and bad works in the flesh after my salvation - my soul being saved from the depths of hell (separation from God). Yeah, your theology make great unbiblical sense.

michelle, You say that it is not for you to judge ones salvation, yet, in many of your posts you clearly indicate that because someone sins after salvation they not only aren't saved, but never followed the truth. You're so back and forth on what you've said, you can't even keep up on it.
--------------------------------------------------

No, I am not back and forth on it. You are clearly not comprehending what I have posted, because you desire to always argue with me. This seems to be the case, as is evident in every post you have EVER posted to me. You are free to disagree with me on this, and regarding the Bible Version issue, but you are not free to imply I have said something or believe something that I do not. I will always point this out to you. Why is it you and many others continually try to pick apart everything one says, only to try to argue, rather than really try to understand or to edify? This is your problem you are having in understanding what I believe, and what I have said. You need to come out from the labels man has placed on others, and deal with the hard truth. I explained to you quite well, what I believe, and what I have said, and you still REFUSE to hear, only to continue arguing because maybe you have some beef with me. Oh well. What can one do. I can only say what I beileve so many times. It is YOU who need to try and understand and comprehened, and come out of the argumentative spirit you are in. Always looking to show that I have double standards, or that I have contradicted myself. Why is it you continually try to show something that is not there?

--------------------------------------------------
You're friend telling you you were a bad person was a good indicator of why many here don't accept the Independent Fundamental (Hyper variety) Baptists and reject their abusive attitudes. There were/are other ways to deal with people.
--------------------------------------------------

My case in point, in the above bold, to what I said to you above. Regarding your comment, on my friend, and how she dealt with that was wrong. You couldn't be further from the truth, and I don't even think she was a baptist. When she first did this and said that, me, being not yet born again of the Spirit, and my natural self, thought this very same thing. However, the Lord has shown me from the scriptures, that what she did, and how she did this, was the correct and biblical, Godly way. She did and was obeying the Lord. This did help to pull me out of the fire - eventually, and made me really think about things. My point, in relating this story to you, is we may assume someone is saved, just because they say they are, and think they are, but we should always share the truth with them, in case they are not. We should never assume they are not saved, but in the same light, we should never assume they are. If one is being taught, that if they sin, and they do not have good works, that they indeed are saved, but going to have to suffer punishment after their physial death, could do MUCH DAMAGE, if that person is NOT AT ALL SAVED. This is a lie that once one is saved they can go to hell. It is better for one to be sure they are saved, and going straight to heaven, than to believe one can suffer in Hell even though they are saved. God has told us to test the spirits, whether they are of God, not only for our benefit, but THEIR benefit. What good am I going to do for a person who THINKS they are saved, when indeed THEY ARE NOT YET SAVED AT ALL? It is not the truth to give them false impressions of hope. This is not something that should be treaded on lightly, as if we love them, we will definately share the truth in love so as to pull them out of the fire, if that is the way they are headed, to which ONLY GOD KNOWS. But there are good indicators that can show us that they probably are not or that they are. But the truth is, if one is not obeying the Lord, and showing no change in life, or not a repentful heart, then this does indicate the person probably does not have the Lord in them in the first place, and are not saved.

michelle, You say I clearly do not comprehend what you have posted, but I clearly do, and so do many others. That is why we say something about it. But, I see again you are using the "persecution complex". You say I desire to "argue with you". Not so. I wish to see you on proper theological footings. You also say I "refuse to hear". Again, is this a "if you'd only understand, you'd understand" type statement?

You say you aren't and haven't. You have and are indeed. This is evident. You say that you wish to see me on proper theological footings. Then please, show me, where I am NOT ON PROPER theological footings scripturally, rather than just making a statement of argumentative OPINION, as is common for you. Do you think you are edifying me, or others? I really think not. You are just ranting your personal opinions of me and misunderstanding what I believe in an argumentative and offensive way and then stating I believe something I do not. This is your fault, and what YOU need to come to grips with and face the reality of.

Michelle, shall I go back and list posts from every forum you've posted on where you've attacked not only myself, but others? Again, the martyr complex doesn't fit you well, though you use it often. Funny, it seems that someone else asked you about sinning willfully, but you chose my post to answer, though theirs was the more direct question. Why? Could it be that you are sinning willfully? Wouldn't that put you in the catagory of one who doesn't use their FAITH (I made sure I capitalized it so you would know that I recognized that you do that quite often to put others down). I don't make statements of "argumentative opinion". I make statements of fact. So, have you sinned willfully with your false accusations? How will this affect your standing in the Millenium?

My standing in the millenium is a sure thing if I am truly saved - to which I am. If I am not, then I will definately be going to Hellfire, to which AFTER the millenial reign, when ALL SPIRITUALLY DEAD are ready for the Judgement at the Great White throne, will be judged based upon their works, and be found in JUDGEMENT as NOT ONE PERSON IS JUSTIFIED BY THEIR OWN WORKS, and their soul (being eternally tormented in Hell) will recieve their resurrected bodies to which will be eternally tormented in the Lake of Fire, to which is Hell (the tormented soul) in the Lake of Fire (the tormented soul (hell) in the tormented body (LOF)for all eternity). You are rather fighting and arguing me, rather than discussing and sharing the crucial truths regarding this topic. I recommend you take your personal beef and bias against me somewhere else, and deal with the truth against the false in this issue.

in other words, if I am not in the millenial reign with Christ in my glorified body, to which is our blessed hope, then I will not really be saved, and be going into the Lake of Fire for all eternity. This is the truth.

Michelle, I have no personal bias against you. I do, however think you should study proper sentence structure and learn how to be cohesive in your message. I take it from your statements that you are a dispensationalist and believe that the pre-trib rapture is going to ready you for the millenial reign of Christ. There are many different views concerning who will or will not be in the millenium, but of course, I see that you've been "correcting" people again here forcing your opinion of whom will and whom will not be there. You state that you will be there in your glorified body, and that this is the truth. How, scripturally, do you come to this conclusion?

Matthew 6

19. Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
22. The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light
.
23. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

John 14

1. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know
.
5. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9. Jesus saith unto him, have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
10. Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
12. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15. If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you
.
19. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him
.

2 Peter 1

1. Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust
.
5. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6. And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7. And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
11. For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
.
12. Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.

Jude 1

17. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18. How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the spirit.
20. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21. Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
22. And of some have compassion, making a difference:
23. And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
24. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
25. To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen
.

1 Cor. 15

35. But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
36. Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
37. And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
38. But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
39. All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
40. There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.
42. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43. It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body
.
45. And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly
.
50. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory
.
55. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord
.

2 Corinthians 5

1. For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
2. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven
:
3. If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
4. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
5. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.
6. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
7. (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
8. We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
9. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him
.
10. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
11. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
12. For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
13. For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause.
14. For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
15. And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again
.
16. Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
17. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation
.
20. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
21. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

2 Thessalonians 2

1. Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2. That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4. Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6. And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9. Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness
.
13. But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14. Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
16. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
17. Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work
.

2 Thessalonians 3

1. Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:
2. And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.
3. But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
4. And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you.
5. And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ
.
6. Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
7. For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
8. Neither did we eat any man's bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
9. Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.
10. For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should eat.
11. For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.
12. Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
13. But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
14. And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
15. Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
16. Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
17. The salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write.
18. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Revelation 3

7. And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
8. I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
9. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
10. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown
.
12. Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
13. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 19

5. And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
6. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready
.
8. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
10. And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
11. And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

Zechariah 14

1. Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3. Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south
.
5. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7. But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8. And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9. And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.

This should suffice.

Matthew 6

This is a command to those already saved to lay up REAL treasure (Seek reward) He that cometh to God must believe that He is and that He is a Rewarder. It is a command to be single minded, (not to entertain and harbor darkness in our lit-up mind). It is not a blanket statement that all the saved are always "full of light".

Jesus Christ has promised every believer, not only a New Spirit, but a NEW BODY, to which is what we will recieve in Heaven at the rapture. Now, anyone who has been covered with His shed blood with go to heaven at the rapture - those who have physically died in Christ, and those who are alive and remain. They will recieve their glorified bodies, in the twinkling of an eye, just as God has promised, and to what our hope is. You are saying that God will cast us, in our glorified body INTO HELL temporarily. First of all, Hell is a spiritual abode, meant for spiritual torment. The Lake of Fire is the abode that is HELL resurrected into. Do you get it now? No SAVED PERSON, covered with the Lambs blood can or will go to HELL, as this is a place where ALL SOULS who have been SEPARATED FROM GOD go. The SAVED SOUL REMAINS with the Lord. Why do you not understand this basic, clear and simple biblical truth? Do you need to prove so badly that the KJB is the inspired word of God that you must resort to such false doctrines as this to prove it? Lacy, God proves it on HIS OWN, and we do not need to start believing false doctrine because you think it helps the truth.
If anything, you are making it worse.

Michelle, the real false doctrine is this lordship salvation that you seem to have embraced. Christians are not automatically converted when the get saved. This is really what changes a Christian's actions, when they realize fully what the implications of Christ's free gift are, and what it means to count it an unholy thing. Just because someone doesn't start living right, does not mean that they don't believe that Jesus was the Son of God who shed His blood for their sins! And this is ALL you have to do to be saved in eternity.

If you believe that Jesus paid the price for your sins, what sin is big enough to erase that sacrifice? If I tell a lie, will I lose my salvation? What about adultery? What about murder?

You may think that the idea of a 'true' Christian not sinning sounds reasonable, but it is not scriptural. The idea that a Christian will automatically fulfill the conditions for all the promises doesn't hold water.

14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

Unbelievers do not have a birthright to forfeit! There is no inheritance to lose if you are not a child of God. Your only options with these warnings are to say that the Christian can lose his salvation, or a disobedient Christian can be chastised. You can keep shutting your eyes tighter and tighter, but it won't matter when Jesus returns. At that point, there is no place of repentance, even though we may seek it with tears. Now is the time to get right with our Lord. If we have talents buried, we need to get them back out. If we have pounds in our handkerchiefs, get them out. If we know our masters will, and we don't do it, it will bring many stripes.

John 14

21. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Conditioned upon keeping commandments. (Salvation by works?)accept the promise, ignore the condition?

2 Peter 1

4. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6. And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
11. For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
12. Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.
V1-Peter is saved
v5 - ADD TO YOUR FAITH!!!!!
V8 IF IF IF!!! Conditional promises added to salvation based on these things (works) being in you and abounding!)
V 11 - Kingdom entrance is obviously conditioned on works added to faith.

V12 We need to keep stirring up our remembrance of this doctrine so we don't forget and lose out.

Jude 1

17. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Amen.
Why look for mercy? We are saved!

2 Corinthians 5

8. We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
9. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
10. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
11. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;
but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
We Labor. Why?

Revelation 3

10. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
12. Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
This one speaks for itself. Conditional - Because you kept . . .Him that overcometh . . .Hold fast (don't lose) your crown. What? Is God gonna say, "Just Kidding! Everyone geta a crown, Everyone is an overcomer, Everyone kept the word of my patience. It wasn't a real warning. The conditions were rhetorical!"

7. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
She made herself ready? How? What is she clothed with? The righteousness of the saints. Not the positional righteousness we have in Christ, but the practical righteousness they added to their faith by the power of the Holy ghost. If a Christian lives an unrighteous life will she be clothed with his works?

Why look for mercy? We are saved!

--------------------------------------------------

Because we love God and Christ Jesus is in us. The unsaved do not look for the mercy of God. Only the saved do, continually, as we fear the Lord.

--------------------------------------------------
We Labor. Why?
--------------------------------------------------

Because we love God and Christ is in us. It is He WHO leads us and does the work/labor in and through us.

--------------------------------------------------
Him that overcometh

This one speaks for itself. Conditional - Because you kept
---------------------------------------------------

How is it that YOU keep anything? It is not YOU, but Christ IN YOU, who Keeps you and gives you power to OVERCOME. It is ONLY YOUR FAITH that has gotten you there.

--------------------------------------------------
She made herself ready? How? What is she clothed with? The righteousness of the saints.

And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
--------------------------------------------------

If you were to cloth yourself, or make YOURSELF READY, you wouldn't be ABLE and your clothing would be filthy. It is rather that we are ready through FAITH and we are righteous because of JESUS CHRIST who is righteous who we have had FAITH in. It is JESUS CHRIST who clothes us and grants to us the RIGHTEOUSNESS of HIMSELF, and who also KEEPS US. Take a look at Genesis 3.

If you are saved you will follow Christ and obey HIM, and will not found to be lacking in rewards. This is the point that you seem to be neglecting. Do you believe that Jesus Christ has the POWER to keep you? Do you believe you are going to recieve rewards based upon your own works and merit? Or do you believe it is Christ in you, who does this through you? Do you believe that if someone is truly saved they would not obey the Lord or follow his lead? If so, how then can you say that they were really saved to begin with, as with FAITH WORKS FOLLOW.

Love in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour,
