Do you really think so? There were even those who said that He was the Son of God yet walked away. So how would that belief save them?
Study these scriptures carefully:
Matthew 11:20Then Jesus began to denounce the cities in which most of his miracles had been performed, because they did not repent. 21 “Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! If the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
Matthew 11:23
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to the skies? No, you will go down to the depths. If the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.
Why do you think that Jesus said that? Why do you think that Jesus said if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day?
Mark 6:2
When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were amazed. “Where did this man get these things?” they asked. “What’s this wisdom that has been given him, that he even does miracles!
Luke 10:13
“Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
Why do you think that Jesus said these things about those places who did not believe in him because of the miracles?
Luke 19:37
When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen:
John 10:25
Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The miracles I do in my Father’s name speak for me,
John 10:32
but Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?”
John 10:38
But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”
Did you see that?
John 14:11
Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves.
Did you see that? Those are Jesus’ words. You are not fighting against me you are fighting against Jesus.
John 15:24
If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father.
