Took a study to figure that out?
It is unfortunate that you use the phrase "black culture" as if all Americans of African descent have the same culture. There is a radical liberal leftist ideology that is prevalent in certain areas and is not limited to any one race.Took a study to figure that out?
What the "experts" either miss or simply won't say is that black culture causes blacks to be killed by police. The culture of rebellion, antagonism, and non compliance is the reason for the deaths.
Really? Never, in the history of these United States of America, has there been racial bias directed toward Americans of African descent by any law enforcement agency?Never has been. Not news to anyone that pays attention.

The study showed the use of deadly force was twice as likely with white suspects as with black.
Why didn't you say there was a problem with "white culture"? If whites are twice as likely as blacks to have deadly force used against them, why say the problem is with black culture?

His statement is correct.Really? Never, in the history of these United States of America, has there been racial bias directed toward Americans of African descent by any law enforcement agency?
Your statement is clearly wrong. I hope it was just a poor choice of words.
Put on a badge, work the beat for 20 years and get back to me. The answers will become overwhelmingly obvious to you.It is unfortunate that you use the phrase "black culture" as if all Americans of African descent have the same culture. First of all, I have worked as a police officer for several years, though I didn't make a career of it. I do have a little insight from my experience.Put on a badge, work the beat for 20 years and get back to me. The answers will become overwhelmingly obvious to you.
Did you read the article? It said deadly force was twice as likely to be used on whites during arrests following a violent felony. That is not in all arrests.
The disturbing part about most shootings of black males is that the initial contact was not a violent felony or even a felony. The initial contact was traffic or other misdameanor. The "black culture" implications I mentioned cause the minor encounter to escalate to the Unavoidable use of deadly force.
Your statements were inaccurate. I pointed it out.Another language monitor.
Just what we need.
