Cartoon tracts sounds umm, er, childish. Are they Chick Tracts? You didn't elaborate.
Why don't you click on the link provided and read the tract?

While I'm not a fan of tracts there's nothing wrong with using them. This particular one is could be effective. Don't condemn something you haven't read.

I'm kind of conflicted. What would be the most God-honoring thing to do with those money tracts--(A) pass them out or (B) burn them?

Some believers around here leave a money tract as the tip at restaurants. Yes, 'the' tip. I'm certain it is impressive to the one who just served them their fare. One told me he does it because the Gospel is more important than money.

I am real surprised there are other WOTM friends on this board.

Then he should use other gospel tracts at restaurants.

Depends on how cold it is. ;)

Pass them out, with the message "Jesus loves you, and has a message for you. Happy to tell you more."

We need to follow scripture. We do not see Jesus nor the apostles walking around telling people that God loves them. We see them preaching on sin and repentance.

WOW.

So when Christ healed the sick and lame, it was not done out of love and compassion?
