Lots of Democrats and Republicans, and maybe an independent such as Jesse "The Body" Ventura, will, for all practical purposes, start their 2008 campaign for president on Wednesday.

If Jesse Ventura can gain traction, his libertarianism will hurt Hillary's chances if she makes it to the 2008 general election.

Personally, I don't think she can win the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008. I think they will feel they have to go to someone more centrist in persona in order to win. Someone like a Joe Lieberman - but with some pizzazz.

Hillary has something Leiberman doesn't: She is able to play the part of the Centrist and has charisma. Leiberman doesn't have charisma and isn't as slick as Hillary.
