Can I go ahead and call Texas for Bush and give him 34 electoral votes. :D That would put him up to 73 electoral votes.

Okay.

Maybe it's time to modify my election prayer.

Lord, May Your Will be Done.

But if it's Your Will GW stay in office, and if it could please You, let it be a slam dunk!

Amen!

Jim Bunning has been the U.S. Senator from Kentucky. You may remember that he threw perfect game on Father's Day in 1964 when pitching for the Phillies against the Mets.

Bush Wins Tennessee

President Bush wins presidential race in Tennessee.

President Bush claimed Tennessee's eleven electoral votes Tuesday night by defeating Senator John Kerry.

Early results showed Bush won by a large margin. Tennessee's conservative voters once again backed Bush.

The president four years ago beat favorite son Al Gore in the state, so his win this year was expected.
