Your assessment of the Constitution is incorrect but that does not alter the fact that we are currently ruled by judicial fiat, an actvist federal judiciary that has rewritten the constitution. We are ruled by a judicial oligarchy.

Yes OR, I agree with that (not my my views on the constitution but judicial fiat) But there is a higher power in America than the courts. Money! Even Al Capone could own a judge and compared to the internationalist gangsters of today he was a microscopic gnat.

If Capone was able to pocket judges and police chiefs in his day how much more easily can the global elite do so today?

I don't doubt that there is much truth in your statement.
