Yes tulip is the gospel of God's grace

Only for the calvinist. You have to twist scripture to make the bible fit your odd religion. Check it out for yourself BF. Your philosophy is based on pagan views brought into the church by augustine in the 4th century.

Why do you hold to pagan philosophies BF?

This poster being confused very badly on these things is in no position to comment on these matters. His false view of foreknowledge leads to a false god, who does not do what the biblical God does. Beware of these fragmented and incorrect thoughts.

Yet another post addressing my supposed shortcomings and running from the topic. Taint so posts are the stock and trade of deflectors, having nothing to say. The meaning of "foreknowledge" is knowledge acquired or formulated in the past, being utilized in the present, such as implementing a plan is according to foreknowledge.

Calvinism does not worship a false god, but its understanding of our true God is flawed.

You still made a false statement
Yet another mindless "taint so" post, devoid of any edifying content from scripture.

Note the number of specific references to scripture:

Predestination is a False Doctrine.

Calvinism's false doctrine is that Ephesians 1:4 teaches individuals (foreseen before they were created) were individually chosen for salvation before creation. This is precluded by 1 Peter 2:9-10 which says we once were not a people chosen for his own possession and once had not received mercy. Therefore the election of Ephesians 1:4 is corporate, when God chose the Word to be His Lamb of God, His Redeemer, He chose corporately those who might be redeemed. This also makes sense since we did not exist as individuals.

The foreseen individuals supposedly did not believe or their belief was disregarded by God. If that was so, and it happens to be a complete fiction, then they would be condemned for unbelief. John 3:18.
The list of verses and scriptural teachings that must be nullified to accept the fiction of Calvinism is long indeed.

The meaning of foreknowledge is knowledge acquired or formulated in the past being utilized in the present, such as the implementation of a pre-determined plan. Acts 2:23

Jesus was delivered according to the foreknowledge of God. The plan had been pre-determined.

Peter is addressing those chosen according to God's pre-determined redemption plan, which is to set the individual's spiritually apart in Christ, the sanctifying work of the Spirit, enabling obedience by the washing of regeneration and rebirth as a new creation for good works. 1 Peter 1:1-2
