Why not? Is it too much to ask?

Should voters settle for a couple of guys that have been married three times? What does that say about their character and their judgment?

That they are willful sinners....certainly not disciples of Christ. so whats the alternative?

Both Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio profess faith in Christ and willingly affirm that he is the only way to God the Father. They are both married to their only wife, have children, and don't have one foot in the grave. They are more in touch with America than two old serial adultering, grumpy white men.

And both are out of the race. Granted, I want a true discipling Christian in office because I know he would pattern around biblical principles but the primaries didnt go that route.....so what do you do? Ignore the whole process.

Can we bring Scott Walker back......I liked him.

Starting to feel pretty confident about it being, Newt Gingrich. Makes me almost feel sorry a Hillary Clinton/Elisabeth Warren ticket being they'd be so far out of their league in the upcoming debates... ;)

I think a strong intelligent woman might be a wise and effective choice being it would nip Hillary's woman's card right in the bud. Perhaps Sen. Joni Ernst...

If Trump were to pick a woman, I doubt that intelligence would be highest on his list of desirable qualities.

No kidding. Ernst seems smarter than to commit political suicide by hitching her wagon to Trump. Look at the people that want the VP job--Christie and Gingrich--basically has-beens.

The more we see of Trump and his decisions the more we should be seeing just how trumped up this election is. The group in which every President has been a member or puppet of is definitely in charge of this one. The fix for Hilary has been in for a while and we see it quite obviously now. Newt is stumping big time for Trump.

ANYBODY but Newt Gingrich, or any of the Neocons for that matter.
Ben Carson has my vote, but then again, he got my vote in the Virginia primary.

Yes, that's right, Revmitchell: I voted for a Republican.....

Hope all is well with everyone,

Trump/Gingrich, no like much - Newt is too old in real years and political years, and he doesn't have the longevity genes in his family. He'd make a decent WH Chief of Staff, though, and can handle the hostile MSM.

I'm hoping this vetting talk is just a red herring, and he goes with Pence, who is generally inoffensive. Newt is too much like Trump - loud, confrontational and bombastic, and he's similar to Hillary, they are from the same era. Earnst had the swing state going for her, but she is relatively new to national politics like Trump. And Krispy would be too Northeastern for the Mid westerners and the Southerners. Pence.
