1Peter chapter 2 also refers to the government being in place to punish evil as well. If the law protects evil(as some see abortion), then would this apply to an abortion clinic? At what point does one break the civil law in order to defend the law of God?

If your asking about me I honestly have no idea how Iended up on ignore as yes I can be snarky but I also try to be helpful. I was the one that found what the laws in Colorado were. I have quoted reference that he has posted and I even gave him a book recommendation in his thread about the Trinity. I actually find it amusing but that's because I have a weird sense of humor. Most things just roll off my back.

Wouldn't killing be a violation of Christ's law that you are trying to defend? You are defending life. How does taking life get your point across? One must always act out of Love.

My statement isn't necessarily directed at abortion clinics. It is directed at laws that go against God's law.

If a law is passed to ban all sharing of the word of Christ outside of your household, would you obey? That law is in place in the world (Sharia law) some laws much harder. If one fails to never step on the slop against civil disobedience. Christianity will fade in the rise of Islam.

Fair enough. I just wanted to point out that we shouldn't always obey civil law. Not if it compromises Christ. I don't know if an abortion clinic park lot is that place. But i think one should consider it.

PLEASE do not quote that poster. She is one judgmental character and there are reasons why I avoid her harassing posts. Continue to do this and I will ignore you. I have asked kindly. That poster has no idea who I am and I personally wish she would just LEAVE ME ALONE. Do you think I care what she thinks? Not one bit. So please just LEAVE ME ALONE. Its not rocket science. Frankly I avoid all her posts and those that quote from her so I did not see her posts on Colorado laws. It was not until after on Saturday that I used google and saw what I did. That poster ASSUMED I had read her post on the colorado law, but I did not. This is one reason why I dislike this poster is her constant assuming things and condescending attitude towards me. If someone treated you like this how would you like it?

Of course. But there have been those who looked at "defense of the unborn" as their justification to stop, by whatever means necessary, abortionists.

If such a law is passed, it must be broken. Our biblical guidance on such is clear; Paul went to jail for it.

Honestly Evan - If you post on a public forum continually about your exploits, don't you expect to have feedback from people? If you don't want people responding to you, then don't post! It's really quite simple.
