Isn't this "God distributing different amounts of Light" doctrine taught by the RCC also?

There is plenty of parables that teach that like the talents and this one:

Luke 12

Among things like this the church teaches invincible ignorance and that you should always follow your good conscience.

I probably don't agree with anyone in this thread on religious matters. It would be a sin on my part to vilify you and say well you are evil for not doing what we do. Nor do we use TERRORISM like using God as a terrorist weapon a boogey man who is going to hurt you if you don't do what we say.

They (sda buddies) are using "LIGHT" as metaphor for knowledge and warning anyone's "willful-ignorance" against the doctrine of worshiping on Sabbath. Now in their head no doubt they clicked A=B and B=C then A=C, they are dead set convinced Sabbath is #1 obsession.

I have to look up, God gives a differ measure of faith to everyone, The talents is your capacity and strengths and what you do with them.

Kindness, Love, Compassion, Mercy. Always defend others. You already know whats "right" what is KIND and loving. God is not a bully.

To rely on a loving-kindness alone is to rely on God alone, Its not against the word because it is the word, that is GOD in your heart.

Right here Paul says he is abstaining from eating meat for the sake of the guy it could offend.

In other words:

21It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

Don't do anything that would make your brother stumble, offend or made weak. He already told us he normally does whatever he wants, but not at the expense of his brother who is starting in faith who may only have a quarter of whole faith you have.

Obviously if the brother wants to do some human sacrifice, its not saying yeah go ahead and do that.

Good and Evil have their own set of TOOLS and WEAPONS. Its not hard to pick them out:

GOOD has LOVE, Kindness, Mercy, Patient Evil has FEAR, accusation, violence, hate.

Its harder to rely on the power of encouragement rather the discourage another.

Its harder to rely on peaceful ways, then to threaten or terrorize.

When you have to confront someone else about religious matters God doesn't put the other guy in the cross hairs most the time its YOU.

If I had 50 million dollars, Seriously doubt I would have any trouble giving it away to anyone here.

The "measure of faith" spoken of by Paul and explained by Paul is the measure of faith given to each believer in Jesus Christ. He is not talking about all mankind receiving a measure of faith.

Why? There are millions upon millions born right here in the USA who hate Jesus Christ even though Jesus is preached in every town, city and countryside. Presently I have three aunts and one uncle that may not live beyond the next six months. My three aunts are saved and looking forward to seeing the Lord, death has no fear for them. My uncle is not saved, I witnessed to him several times and he does not want anything to do with Jesus. Hell and suffering becoming tiny??? Wow, not at all. Hell and suffering is illuminated because time is short for him and will be his reality if he continues to reject his only Saviour. I would not "spit in his face" and tell him he has been a good charitable man so he will be in heaven.

I worship God everyday. I go to church on Sunday's 10:00 Sunday School
11:00 CHURCH Sunday night 6:00 back on Wed 7:00 three or four times a year good old fashion Holyghost, heaven sent, sin killing REVIVAL breaks out and I go every night

Jesus himself tells us that “the many” will not enter the Kingdom. And he explains why. They are workers of iniquity. They do not keep Gods law. HIS 10 commandments.

Well, here we are. The BOTTOM LINE. The DAY OF THE LORD (when Christ returns) and again the Word says that only a few will be saved to the kingdom.

The sabbath is a sign between God and his people that the “Lord does sanctify them”.

Day before Sabbath, thats Friday. Preparation day we are all preparing for Sabbath right?


Matthew 27

62Now on the next day, the day after the preparation, the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered together with Pilate, 63and said, “Sir, we remember that when He was still alive that deceiver said, ‘After three days I am to rise again.’ 64“Therefore, give orders for the grave to be made secure until the third day, otherwise His disciples may come and steal Him away and say to the people, ‘He has risen from the dead,’ and the last deception will be worse than the first.” 65Pilate said to them, “You have a guard; go, make it assecure as you know how.” 66And they went and made the grave secure, and along with the guard they set a seal on the stone.

We know the day of preparation is the day before sabbath, here we are the day after the preparation, ON SABBATH.

What does Sabbath keeping look like as you see it? What are you allowed to do or not do during the Sabbath? When does the Sabbath begin and when does it end?

Also, how would you say you are doing in keeping the first Commandment? Are you loving God with all your heart, soul and might? And what does this look like or not look like?

The above scripture says as Jonas was 3 days and 3 nights in the whales belly, and so shall Jesus be 3 days and 3 nights in the heart of the earth. Does good Friday afternoon till (easter) Sunday morning equal 3 days and 3 nights?

JOHN 20 [1] The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when IT WAS YET DARK, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

Cant even squeeze 3 days in there. Mary came to the tomb before sun up sunday mornin and Jesus had already risen
