Pulling US troops out of Syria is leading to peace

Kurdish forces announce deal with Damascus after US pullout

The Kurds have agreed to a peace with the Syrian government that includes the Kurds retreating from the border of Turkey, and giving back that territory to the control of the Syrian government. That's already more peace. And, with the Kurds pulling away from the border, Turkey will have less motivation to attack Kurdish terrorists across the border. Even more peace.

From your site which is Fox News.

President Trump's decision to essentially give Turkey a green light to advance on the country has been widely criticized as abandoning the Kurds, who were instrumental in the fight against ISIS in Syria. Trump insisted that his decision stems from making good on his promise to get the U.S. out of years long wars.

All the "know it all" President has done is to show the world that he and his buddy Putin will do as they please.Tell us how much CASH Trump got from Turkey for throwing the Kurds to the Wolves. Tell us HOW many have already died in Trump's fiasco. Currently, our own troops are caught in the middle between two advancing Armies. Now the Kurds have joined with Assad, the Russians and Iran because they trusted the turncoat Trump. Everything Trump touches, Dies, is the name of one book.

Well, war hawk Lindsay Graham said today that he now believes Trump made the right decision.

Wonder what Trump has on him? Every time Graham exerts the slightest amount of independence, Trump pulls him back and poor Lindsay has to fall back in line with the current view of Trump. He reminds me of a Yo-Yo. Amen?

Maybe it’s the water over there (mideast), but I personally don’t think that ANYTHING short of Jesus return will bring peace to this region; excluding the BRIEF peace of the ANTI-CHRIST.
For sure the USA will never be the instrument of peace!!

Poor ole Trump. They have now counted over 12k lies he has told in the last 3 years, and he must account for every idle word. Mat 12:36

This is peace?

AKCAKALE, Turkey (AP) — Syrian government troops moved into towns and villages in northeastern Syria on Monday, including the flashpoint region of Manbij, setting up a potential clash with Turkish-led forces advancing in the area as long-standing alliances in the region began to shift or crumble following the pullback of U.S. forces.

The rapidly changing situation was set in motion last week, when U.S. President Donald Trump ordered American troops in northern Syria to step aside, clearing the way for an attack by Turkey, which regards the Kurdish fighters as terrorists. Since 2014, the Kurds have fought alongside the U.S. in defeating the Islamic State in Syria, and Trump’s move was decried at home and abroad as a betrayal of an ally.

Mind changing is not telling lies.

It is when it helps prop up the current administration, composed of only one person responsible for the lives being lost today, in northern Syria. Blood on his hands is just another way to make money in an attempt to become the greediest man on earth. All he wants is just a little bit more and it has driven him to care about nothing but himself.

If Congress wants to stay in Syria, they need to pass a formal declaration of war against Syria, Turkey, or both. If they are not willing to pass one, they need to shut their evil mouths about Trump pulling out. Do something or shut up!

It looks like Turkey and Syria are both working toward peace via a Syrian-controlled (rather than Kurdish-controlled) "safe zone" in Syria along the Turkish border. How can anyone not think this looks like a good development?

The Kurds, who want their own sovereign regions across the middle-east, are eternal enemies of the sovereign middle-east nations. Why should the US forever play the failing peacekeeper in the middle-east between the Kurds and the Muslim nations? How about you people who want US troops there raise funds to privately pay for it?

Turkey and Syrian(read ISIS) border through a controlled safe zone. A Syrian controlled safe zone. Read that sentence over and over until you understand how ridiculous it sounds

If Assad takes back over Syria, it does not sound that crazy. If Obama had stayed out of meddling with Syria, Assad would still be running a stable nation. Obama messed that up.

Earlier I was accused of ignoring what Assad had done to that country by our very own Rev Mitch. I wonder if he’ll weigh in now. Or do I have to be the one that explains to how your definition of stable nation differers from those who suffered under his psychopathic tenure.

Nothing to explain. I know he was a ruthless dictator. He ruled with an Iron fist. He maintained stability. This Arab Spring crap was pure nonsense. Democracy does not work for terrorists and Jihadists. They deserve dictators.
