You say that the work is finished. However, I still have to turn to Christ and repent of my sins to receive that salvation. Not everyone is saved; it takes the belief in Christ as savior. Thus, the work for individual salvation is not completed until we have Christ in our heart. How then, can you say, that a final act on God's behalf cannot take place?
