My comment was in response to your saying the following about me:
I never said anything that supports your even suggesting that I hold such a view or my "direction" is such and such.
As a clarification, what I should have said was the following:
"I have not said anything that supports your statement that 'my direction is that we are not supposed to disciple people . . .'"

The Romans verse is about water baptism?
I am not at a Baptist church.
They refuse to let me do communion if I am not water baptized.
I am spiritually baptized into Christ and a Christian.

What church do you go to? I know you mentioned availability of Baptist churches being a problem. I’m assuming that the statement in question is from the church. It would be helpful to know what kind of church they are, to know what they mean.

I am in China.
Its non-denomination.
They do sprinkle since there is no pool.
Though maybe influenced by missionary who started church.
Not Baptist.
There are many rituals that human kind throughout the world adhere to. See attached for clarification

Your Uncle Pat and the RCC are not relevant to the discussion.I care…that guy fed us and put a roof over our heads. He was forever helping both his family and his community. However I don’t care about being called a heathen and a publican, whatever a publican is….btw my uncle didn’t give a shite either. Masons serve many communities in both Pennsylvania & NJ. That pipsqueak priest must have lost allot of my uncle’s contributions to his homosexual church which was a path in the right direction. In the end, his mentoring of my mother gave my mom the courage to give permission to me and my brother to both join genuine Christian churches thus ending the Catholic legacy in our family. Thanks Uncle Pat!

That's no Baptist church, the churches back home let people do communion without water baptism.
You haven't submitted to the initiatory rite. You haven't accepted the sign of your union. Therefore you haven't joined the church. No one is saying you aren't saved, but God will have order in His assemblies. The ordinances aren't a free-for-all, and we aren't free to be disorderly or indiscriminate in our observances of them.
No one can see the heart but God, yet one's testimony can't be accepted if one is refusing to submit to baptistm. That smacks of pride, and God resisteth the proud. It's like the couple who just says they're married, but refuse to solemnize their union. The ceremony doesn't make them one flesh. God does. But we don't get to treat them like a couple until they formally enter into union through whatever ceremony is customary to a particular people.
It's eminently Baptist. I know all about open communion. Where it's practiced there is usually a warning that the ordinance is for those who are members in good standing of a church with like faith and practice, so it's on their conscience if they partake unworthily.

Yes, wholesale Communism is to be preferred to it's mere influence here.
I'm sure the state-approved church you're attending is safer for you, too. You don't sound like a good candidate for baptism to me. But that's just me. Carry on.
