Regeneration before faith can it be proven?

All elect are heirs of the promise. This has been true from Adam and Eve and onward. God has always saved by graciously choosing his sheep.

And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice. G22:18
(For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth R9:11

Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 1P1:18-20

From before the foundation of the world, was one of those boys going to be a sheep? Why?

Was the manifestation of the Son of God going to come about through a sheep ?

God's promised Redeemer came through God's chosen line so that all whom God chose would have their sins atoned by the promised Redeemer.
