Which means that, like me, a fellow lawyer, he has to adhere to a higher standard of integrity than other politicosOnly Durbin is a lawyer....
Some lawyers may adhere to a higher standard, but many are simply scumbags. Some of the behavior I have seen in court is nothing but disgraceful and shameful. I had one tell me, "I know my client is guilty as Hell but I will get him off because that jury is dumb as gulley dirt."Which means that, like me, a fellow lawyer, he has to adhere to a higher standard of integrity than other politicos
The latest reports, believe them or not, but they seem consistent with both denials and affirmations, was that Trump didn't say "s**thole countries" he said "s**thouse countries".
This allows Tom Cotton and David Perdue to issue their specific denial--"we do not recall the president saying these comments specifically,” and "“I am telling you that he did not use that word."
It allows Lindsay Graham to say, "reports of what Trump said were basically accurate.”
It allows Trump's base to fawn over his "non politically correct, he's not a typical politician" status. It allows the Dems to show some righteous indignation and be uncooperative.
All in all I'd say it was a great weekend for Trump, politicians, the Twitterverse, and online forums.
Correct, here is the reference:Trump calls them one thing, Graham calls them hellholes, you may used some other politically correct term. All trump has done is tell the truth. That's what usually gets him in trouble. That's what makes him attractive to voters

“I never did give them hell. I just told the truth, and they thought it was hell.”
― Harry Truman
Correct, here is the reference:
Sen. Graham: 'People Coming Across Southern Border Live in Hellholes'
Sen. Graham: 'People Coming Across Southern Border Live in Hellholes'
Where was the neocon outrage!?
So being in hell is better than being in a sewer?

The very last IMO was JFK (WWII War hero) who taught that lowering taxes resulted in a greater national revenue.I saw Truman in 1948 during his whistlestop campaign. He had a lot of baloney but he might have been on of the last reasonable Democrats.
Graham is a turncoat IMO.This is a rhetorical question, correct? Because I don't see anyone on BB objecting to what Trump has said, conservative, neocon, or liberal, therefore I don't think anyone will be outraged by what Graham said.
I think you're confusing "popularizing " with "ridiculing". But don't let the facts confuse you..."There you go again" - Once again President Trump's name is circulating around the globe in renown as a "tough" guy which is exactly why his popularity is growing at a consistent pace. never before has the press (left or right) popularized a singular human being apart perhaps from the Elvis.
In the meantime the hair-on-fire Democrats groveling in the "mud-hole" of an obvious frontal desperate assault on President Trump have NO DEMOCRATIC ISSUES PLATFORM and no WORTHY Presidential candidate.
Just about 100% of their energy and riches are focused upon this counter productive strategy against President Trump.
FWIW once again the formula for the DNC to win the OO in 2020 is - Remove abortion from their platform, find and promote a Yellow Dog pro-life candidate with a military background, male or female and the "Party of the People" will have a guaranteed 2020 landslide victory against President Trump.
Here is the secret desire from "the people" - DNC If you are continuously attacking the morality of Trump why do you not have someone superior in morals for us to follow after?
Actually they need to return to being "the party of the people" and overthrow this platform of death (abortion/euthanasia/eugenics).
No entity that promotes the slaughter of innocent life can be known as the "Party of the People".

Speakest for thyself John Alden?I think you're confusing "popularizing " with "ridiculing". But don't let the facts confuse you...

'Londonistan' is a racist term. I won't engage with it.
Absolute GUARANTEE RE:SOTU no matter what Trump says or how well he says it, the progressive media machine will assess it as a pack of racist, white supremacist, homophobic, zenophobic, transgenderphobic pack of lies and pronounce President Trump as a mentally crazed modern reincarnation of Jack the Ripper.Ultimately, I think this last ditch effort against Trump will fail. The Russia thing has crashed and burned. Now we're hearing the black unemployment is on the rise, and Trump praising Dr. King. Trump has the SOTU coming up end of this month. That's going to be fun.
