Featured Right to rebel?

In other words if we stand against tyrannts then we are only obeying the very nature of how our government was created. The idea that a tyrannical government would be opposed and fought against by the people of this country is the very reason and nature of the 2nd amendment. Therefore it is part of the very nature of the American system.

Again, which is the reason Obama and his ilk do not like it.

 

Word! :smilewinkgrin: I also believe leftist arguments against guns often fall back to senseless rhetoric and unmovable reasoning and positions based on an “irrational” fear of guns. I started a thread a while back and suggested there was truth and value behind using the defining term (“hoplophobia”) as a tool in debate because it could redirect the opposition’s argument by asking for “rational” reason apart from fearful insecurities about guns…but I got nothing but flak from people here who didn’t seem to be able to follow my arguments or recognize the benefits of using a straightforward descriptive term as a shortcut to demand honest reasoning apart from irrational gun fears:

The fact that works against that is that is has been part of the Marxist agenda for years. This is nothing new.

 

Congress is not suppose to make any laws or amendments that conflict with the original document. There by changing the constitution. They get away with it only because the majority allows it.
