Where did you get that piece of information from?! You are a liar for stating that. I am not a follower of Pat or any tele-evangelist. I'm a born again by God's Grace...I'm a fundamentalist Baptist out of conviction. His latest comments are born out of the WoF heresy that says if you are good enough, God will give you your hearts desire, like our own little personal genie, and if you are bad, God is gonna kill you. You know the heresy: Do you wanna be blessed? Say the right prayers, don't give up the land of Israel, and make sure you are a good little boy and girl. And most important of all, forget about the grace of God. It is pretty much the same heresy Job's friends tried to shove on him, that the disciples tried to explain the blind man. It is no wonder those who follow Pat's WoF heresy believe every bad event is the judgment of God.

God didn't inflict Sharon with a stroke. Sharon's own sinful human condition did. It was the result of a combination of being overweight, being elderly, and being in a stressful profession.

As "Jehosophat" means the "judgment of Jehovah" this is a reference to the judgment of God on those nations that took advantage of Israel's weakness while it was in rebellion towards God, which resulted in the Babylonian Captivity.

I forgot about that verse in Joel. That should help explain it to some Christians who do not know that the Lord has future plans for Israel.

Also, the future Battle at Armageddon will take place in the Biblical name: the Valley of Jehoshaphat.' I do not have time to explain it to them but the prophecy in Joel becomes a future fact to our time as noted in Revelation 16:16.
