I think that you will never get people to agree with your politics and religion but I can imagine that you will become a preacher in some religious left denomination such as the Episcopal Church.

I think that you will never get people to agree with your politics and religion but I can imagine that you will become a preacher in some religious left denomination such as the Episcopal Church.

You can imagine what you want. I've been preaching in the SBC and around the world the last 20 years. I don't have any politics for which anyone to agree.

And it doesn't get any more leftist than the unChristlike brand of Christianity that some on this board who call themselves "conservative" continue to push.

Its been said that a lot of Evangelicals did NOT vote for Romney because he was Mormon.

I was just wondering - if the Dems put up a Mormon - would Evangelical Democrats vote for a Mormon?

Is there any such thing an an "evangelical democrat"? Or even a Christian democrat, considering the evils their party stands for?
