I think it's much more likely to be a Trump/DeSantis ticket but it's over two years off and shouldn't be impressed with some guy winning his home state by a whopping four points anyways.
Anything could happen in the meantime - it is possible that Biden runs and wins a new term in a landslide, too far off and you should remember that covid, Afghanistan, Ukraine will all be old news by then. Yes, I think the American attention span is that short.
Explain how Trump was tough on Russia? And you are conflating correlation with causation on the others. I’ll buy Obama weak on Russia but you’d have to explain how Trump was tough on Russia or how Biden is weak on Russia because right now Biden has by default been the toughest of the three on that topic.
Explain why you think Biden was ever tough on Russia? Not the rhetoric, talk is cheap. His energy policies sure weren't, sanctions are worthless when it comes to energy, Russia is making over 60M a day by importing this to us right now.
I think Putin perceived Biden to be weak and roll over - you know, he started putting these troops on the Ukrainian border last April, kept adding more and more, but all Biden would say was that minor excursions wouldn't freak him out. Sounds like weak policy to me, he is a green energy warrior only,
