GG, you know we BAPTISTS can't answer such a generalized question. There are many shades of blue. I think this is the breakdown of belief for women wearing blue sweaters:
KJVO IFB: Women cannot wear sweaters of any color. Sweaters cling to the figure and are therefore immodest attire
Traditional SBC: Women can wear light blue or navy sweaters on Sunday evenings and Wednesday nights
Contemporary SBC: Women can wear light blue or navy sweaters on Sunday morning, and any other shade of blue on Sun or Wed night.
GARBC: Women can wear blue sweaters because the sanctuary is kept at 60 degrees and the women are all freezing
American Baptist: Dude, our women wear whatever they want whenever they want. If Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!
Reformed Baptist: Our women can wear blue sweaters once they have taken a TULIP class and promise to be good Calvinists until the day they die.
General Baptist, Freewill Baptist, and Northern Baptist: We are forming a committee to check into how other churches handle this issue. As soon as we get enough people on the committee, we will investigate and turn in a report.
