Let's begin with a few points:
[1] Hebrews 2:16, reveals that 'the angelic hosts' [the created beings of Heaven],
do not have the same
"nature"/
"flesh" [
"strange flesh" Jude 1:7] as humans do, and are not the same
"kind" as human
"kind", which are both
"male" and
"female". A
"Kind" on earth [terrestrial], can only reproduce after its
"Kind", for this is the Law of
"flesh" and
"seed" from the beginning:
For verily he took not on [him the nature of] angels; but he took on [him] the seed of Abraham. - Hebrews 2:16
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, [and] the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed [is] in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. - Genesis 1:11
And the earth brought forth grass, [and] herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed [was] in itself, after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good. - Genesis 1:12
And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good. - Genesis 1:21
And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. - Genesis 1:24
And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good. - Genesis 1:25
Thus as it is written, not all
"flesh" is the same
"flesh", and there is also the matter of
"celestial" "flesh"/
"body", and
another of
"terrestrial" "flesh"/
"body":
But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. - 1 Corinthians 15:38
All flesh [is] not the same flesh: but [there is] one [kind of] flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, [and] another of birds. - 1 Corinthians 15:39
[There are] also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial [is] one, and the [glory] of the terrestrial [is] another. - 1 Corinthians 15:40
[There is] one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for [one] star differeth from [another] star in glory. - 1 Corinthians 15:41
Yes, the angelic hosts and the 'sons of God' [Job 1 & 2, the beings of the other created unfallen worlds] have
"flesh"/
"bod[ies]" and are
not ethereal, gaseous non-entities, but are tangible beings as you or I, but they unlike us, are unfallen [except for the wicked angels that rebelled with Lucifer].
As a side note, some seem to think that because we cannot presently see most angels [though some have been seen and spoken with men, and some are seen even today, and some have veiled their glory and looked as an ordinary human [Hebrews 13:2, etc], as with certain instances in Scripture, to which we shall delve into in a bit]
that are on earth, it means they are without substance or flesh, but this is not in the definition of invisible. Invisible is not equal to ethereal. I shall come to more on this later, in further Scriptural demonstration.
[2] Nowhere is it stated in Scripture, even once, that any of 'the angelic hosts' can be fruitful, reproduce, bring forth abundantly or multiply, even though it is said in multiple places for this world's creatures [
"upon the earth",
"in the earth",
"therein", etc]:
And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl [that] may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. - Genesis 1:20
And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. - Genesis 1:22
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. - Genesis 1:28
Bring forth with thee every living thing that [is] with thee, of all flesh, [both] of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth. - Genesis 8:17
