I am asking about a constitutional time frame. Where is it found?
Your non-answer indicates there is none. That is sufficient.

A Constitutional time frame for what? If they aren't CONSIDERING, how can there be a time frame?I am asking about a constitutional time frame. Where is it found?
A Constitutional time frame for what? If they aren't CONSIDERING, how can there be a time frame?
Then a time frame for "considering."
The time frame would naturally begin right after a President makes a nomination since they can't advise and consent until one is made.
So they violated the constitution by not researching and evaluating the nom the very minute ob slobbered his name out? That's what I asked before.

Nobody needs your idiot repetition.
Besides, just the fact that he is one ob would nominate is 'consideration.'
They considered him. His record has been checked and he's a leftist ideologue. Why bother with hearings? His record speaks for itself. "Consider" him toast.
Yes we all know that your idiot repetition is more than enough for this board.
So why, then, do you add yours?
Laugh Shrug.
If you say so.
Somebody has to counter your idiocy.
Your idiocy is in a class of its own to only be countered by the truth to which you have no defense. And your idiocy counters mine? Okay.
It would be nice if you had a semblance of a brain.
Did the Senate decide that dungpile is another leftist enemy? If so, they considered him.
So the non-considering Senate decided to consider now?.
No, not now; a week or 2 ago.
