Over a year ago, I remember having a very heated theological argument with TCassidy. I regrettably admit that I was not reflecting the love of Christ towards him. One of the reasons why I came back to Baptist Board after so long was because I wanted to apologize to him for the things I had said to him. I posted my apology on his wall. This explains why I didn't get a response. This has taught me to never hold grudges over another because life is too short.

Dr Cassidy told us that he had read Bible more than 200 times, which I could believe easily. He might have read it in Greek and in Hebrew sometimes.
He is missed here but rests in the Lord.

No, I loved him… he was a good man. He always had time to talk, discuss, educate, correct, admonish and laugh together. I miss that and I miss him.

He was a man's man, a spiritual one but even though being in San Diego, never met him until I came on here... 3 years?... Why that's not even a drop in the bucket compared to eternity!... Won't miss him there or any of you... Brother Glen:Biggrin

When we were in San Diego or SoCal, he would always take time to talk or join for a bite. He'd usually come up to Wahoo's for fish tacos on his bike. Even stopped to see him in Sioux Falls, SD, where he taught in the "seminary" and I drove thru town (half-way from Wyoming to Wisconsin). Good brother.

I knew Thomas from the days when he was in Illinois and would be at the Youth Conclave at Dr. Arno Q. Wenigers church in Normal, IL. It was good to reconnect with him on the old FFF, back in the day, and then to stay connected through Facebook! He was a very intelligent, Christ-minded individual, and I appreciated that! He is missed.
