1) Simply repeating yet again the same false claims that have been refuted time and time again.

2) Since 1 John 2:2 is in my Bible, the "many" must be defined as everyone but Christ, contrasting the many with the One.

3) No verse says He came for His own sheep. Why make up your own scripture, why not stick with what God inspired.

4) Jesus laid down His life for the sheep (which includes all the sheep, both His and those not His.)

There are ONLY the sheep of His flock, and those who are outside!

jesus died to save His own, and hebrews clearly stated that by His death many would come to God, NOT ALL, but that His death would ransom many, definite atonement!

the main problem is that you just assume that God MUST save all, that he MUST provide salvation to all, in oreder to perserve to you fairness, and free will!

Roger Olson wrote one called "Against Calvinism" and Horton wrote one called, "For Calvinism" with the same publisher. They also have some debates on youtube that are interesting. They are good examples of cordial debates among brothers and I have to say Horton is a good balance to the 'young, restless, and reformed' neo-Calvinism that we too often see in forums like this. He is much more 'mainstream' in his Calvinism than what I typically experience on debate forums.

Calvinism says God compels via irresistible grace. Rippon says no Calvinist believes that, thus running from his own doctrine.

Calvinists claim the Arminian view is men "allow" God to save them. Again, scripture says it does not depend on the man that will, but upon God.

Calvinism is nowhere to be found in the Bible.

a) Total Spiritual Inability is demonstrated false by Matthew 23:13.
b) Unconditional Election is demonstrated false by 2 Thessalonians 2:13
c) Limited atonement is demonstrated false by 1 Timothy 2:6.
d) Irresistible grace is demonstrated false by Matthew 23:13.

What Calvinism does is redefine the meaning of words, so world means this here but that over there. "All" means everything imaginable here, but only the elect there.

Calvinism is irrational nonsense, i.e. God predestines whatsoever comes to pass yet is not the author of sin. Yeah, right :)

Folks, note that all three points are complete works of fiction.

Jesus looked upon the lost and said they are like sheep without a shepherd. Therefore the sheep include the lost.

Did Jesus die to save only his own? What verse says that. Now 1 Timothy 2:6 says Jesus laid down His life as a ransom for all.

Does God save all? Nope, strike one. Does God provide salvation to all? Nope, some die without ever hearing the gospel. Strike two. Does God need to save all or provide a salvation opportunity to all in order to be "fair." Nope, since God is just, those who die in unbelief are treated "fairly and justly" in Hades and Gehenna. That is strike three and Yeshua1 is out of here.

On here , we have "zero"chance of getting bopped on the nose, both sides, that is. Maybe that's why we play "cyber ruffian" on here?

No Calvinist believes that Van. When Calvinists take issue with your Vanology they make statements which, employing your logic entails such and such.

See my point above.

Do you ever wonder why Calvinists don't usually jump in to rebut your constant misrepresentations Van? It's because you do it so often it's not worth the time and effort to address your nonsensical assertions.

Yes....you have given an accurate appraisal of the posts on the Twaddlemaster.

Interesting list.

a) Total Spiritual Inability is demonstrated false by Matthew 23:13 and Rev 22 "Whosoever will may come"
b) Unconditional Election is demonstrated false by 2 Thessalonians 2:13 and John 1 "to as many as BELIEVED on him to THEM he gave the right to be called the children of God" ... "I STAND at the door and KNOCK - if ANYONE hear my voice AND OPEN the door I WILL come in" Rev 3
c) Limited atonement is demonstrated false by 1 Timothy 2:6. And 1John 2:2 "the Atoning Sacrifice for OUR sins and not for OUR sins only but for the sins of the WHOLE WORLD".
d) Irresistible grace is demonstrated false by Matthew 23:13. "“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing" Matt 23:37
John 1 "He came to His own and His OWN received Him not".. The unbelieving Jews "rejected God's PURPOSE for themselves" Luke 7:30
