Dr. Bob-- If you're like me, yes, my weight goes up when I'm not exercising regularly, but it's 90 percent because I'm choosing to eat way too much calorie-dense food vs. nutrient-dense food. Exercise is nowhere near as effective for weight loss as limiting your caloric intake. But exercise *is* important for weight loss!Originally posted by Dr. Bob:
