Roger, how is the paper coming on?

We are taking Mariel out to Bourton-on- the -Water. It isn't too far away from here and is one of our more picturesque villages with a river running thru it.

Some of you might like to look at this site and click on picture tour. [IMG]

We have had a slight dusting of snow... and it is very cold here, but I am sure we won't let that stop us having a good time showing Mariel around.

    Back later,

    Blessings

    Sheila

    Bourton-on-the-Water looks like a lovely place ;) .

The paper is changing gears, but I think I have a new outline done.

Roger, is this a new outline for the whole thing or just the first 10,000 words?

    The whole thing :( .

My other approach was not working.

I am now focusing on the theology of the early Irish church as it relates to the Scriptures.

Section 1 - The Theology of Patrick
Section 2 - The Theology of the Irish Church 500-900
Section 3 - The Theology of Modern Celtic Christianity

    Subpoints are also done

Hi Sheila, I am just passing through, but you are sounding better these days.

Roger, I have seen many a student change gears midstream and do very well with it. It seems they got muddled down on the first try and knew better what they were doing on the revamped approach. All the best, mate.

    Cheers,

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

I am fine thank you. How are you?

It is snowing here.hmmm. Well, hopefully we won't get too much of it. I haven't been able to settle to much today. I think I will go to bed with a book as everyone else is watching tv or dvd's...totally boring.

    I may look in later,

    God Bless

    Sheila

It was supposed to be done by August, can't see that now, but I think this will be profitable.

Thanks for your thoughts Bro Jim.

    Roger,

We encourage each other in here brother. I am sure you will do much better than you currently anticipate, timewise. At a previous church a student there had the use of a friends' house as she found she was more able to study there because everyone knew the friend was out at work, so there were no phone calls to deal with and no callers to bother her. It worked very well for her.

Well, I really should get back to my studies. I have just realised that I forgot to take my meds today...again. Ooops.

God Bless and as Jim would say...keep looking up

    Sheila

I am looking forward to the work - all of my research still applies, just need to regear it now.

I don't post anywhere much now :( ...but you are still way ahead of me.

Maybe if I had a word processor to use for my dissertation...that would remove the temptation to post here...

I just rang my doctoral supervisor. He was excited about my change of plans, thinking it was a much more needed concept.

It still wants to shoot for the autumn for completion, but understood that I am taking a whole different direction so was understanding.

OK, so I am posting, LOL but...I have been working really hard and I am taking a study break. Daughter in Kent phoned to say they have quite a bit of snow, ( don't know what that is translated into inches tho'). The snow we keep getting here doesn't last long, thank goodness. I hope everyone is ok. I will look in in a while, my stomach is telling me it is lunchtime.

    Blessings

    Sheila

Our snow is coming down in buckets - then the sun comes out and melts it.

    Tonight could be interesting.

Roger, yes, it has been like that here today too. I really hope it doesn't come to anything. I hope you have had a productive day with your studies.

    Blessings

    Good Morning to you all.

Please tell me I am not talking to myself in here...

I have a Greek test this afternoon so I won't be around much until I get home this evening. It is very cold here and it keeps snowing, but it melts quite quickly. Well, at the moment it does, anyway.

I hope you all have a good day,

    God Bless

    Sheila
