... She just heard that Joe was nice .
Of course Joe was nice - he lived in Syracuse, NY (AKA the Salt City) for a few years. In fact, he lived
in a house about two miles from where I lived.

Nope.Don't we all deserve that wrathful judgment?!
So, you are perfectly holy and don't deserve anything but heaven? You have never once broken God's moral laws?Nope.
Ordain: to establish or order by appointment, decree, or law
Did God ordain the tribulation that Job suffered?
Did God ordain the tribulation that “Israel” suffered in Egypt?
Did God ordain the tribulation that “Israel” suffered in Babylon?
Did God ordain the tribulation that “Israel” suffered in under Roman occupation?
What comes to pass, biblically speaking, that God did not “ordain”?
More than “allow”.
LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us. [Isa 26:12 KJV]
You are the one speaking blasphemy and heresy against the Almighty God.
Daniel 4:1-3,34-37
King Nebuchadnezzar to all peoples, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied to you! It has seemed good to me to show the signs and wonders that the Most High God has done for me. How great are his signs, how mighty his wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion endures from generation to generation.
At the end of the days I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High, and praised and honored him who lives forever, for his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom endures from generation to generation; all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him, “What have you done?” At the same time my reason returned to me, and for the glory of my kingdom, my majesty and splendor returned to me. My counselors and my lords sought me, and I was established in my kingdom, and still more greatness was added to me. Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, for all his works are right and his ways are just; and those who walk in pride he is able to humble.
you are stating that there may be rogue molecules in the universe that are not controlled by God
.
For those of you who must just say you peace - about Joe Biden - this is where you can say it - both pro and con. All I ask is to use a little bit of common sense.
I understand. But I can't help but like that you were able to interject some truth to counter her misperceptions.I have a friend on the other side of the globe who was so pleased to see evil Trump defeated. I listed what the DNC platform/party stood for and she was aghast; her media never mentioned all the evil, anti-moral, ungodly and unconstitutional positions held. She just heard that Joe was nice and Trump was abrasive over and over and over from her limited resources.
I kindly told her to use this opportunity NOT to chime in on something about which she didn't have a clue.
Romans 1:24-31you are the one who is talking complete rubbish! The Websters English dictionary tells us, that the word "ordain" means, "to establish or order by appointment, decree, or law". And the Oxford, "to order or command something; to decide something in advance". So, according to your theology, and that of the Reformed school, high crimes like, murder, rape, abuse against children and others, kidnap, etc, etc, have been "ordained" by God! THIS is the HIGHEST BLASPHEMY and HERESY against the HOLY God of the Bible!!!
Jesus was/is perfectly Holy.He washed me and made me pure. So, you are perfectly holy and don't deserve anything but heaven? You have never once broken God's moral laws?
Have you ever read the Bible?
For the record that's not you deserving Heaven. That is you being gifted Heaven despite yourself.Jesus was/is perfectly Holy.He washed me and made me pure.
Jesus blood not good enough to get the job done?
"Establish" is more than "allow", so my comment stands.the Hebrew, shaphath, actually means simply, "to give", or "bestow", or "put in place", without any "ordaining". Hence Bible versions like the NASB, NKJV, HCSB, use "establish".
In Christ you are holy. You, yourself, are wretched, just like Joe Biden and myself. When we stand before God, it is only by Jesus substitutionary atonement that we stand in condemned.Jesus was/is perfectly Holy.He washed me and made me pure.
Jesus blood not good enough to get the job done?
yes, spiritually perfected for salvation, joined as one spirit with Him, but we must all give account to God for the things done in the body.In Christ you are holy. You, yourself, are wretched, just like Joe Biden and myself. When we stand before God, it is only by Jesus substitutionary atonement that we stand in condemned.
We dare not imagine we are better than, simply because God graciously chose to redeem us. We stand only in Christ and in Christ alone.
Pray that God might graciously redeem Joe Biden and Kamala Harris that they might be found in Christ as we are.
For the record, I never said I deserved heaven. For the record that's not you deserving Heaven. That is you being gifted Heaven despite yourself.
I don't need a blooming lecture on positional righteousness. I have taught it for many, many years. My response to you was absolutely correct because you erred in a tense. In Christ you are holy. You, yourself, are wretched, just like Joe Biden and myself. When we stand before God, it is only by Jesus substitutionary atonement that we stand in condemned.
