Sorry Sir but you have demonstrated fundamental ignorance on this topic. Your "taint so" posts simply waste time and hinder edification.

Did anyone say that the "Book of the Living" only had the names of the lost or names of the saved? Nope
Did anyone say God was willing for some to perish? Nope (2 Peter 3:9)
Did I say the Lamb's book of life" is separate from the Book of the Living? You bet.

Psalm 69:28 rendered "book (or scroll)of the living:" KJ21, AMPC, BRG, CEV, ESV, GNT, JUB, KJV, LEB. TLB, MSG, MEV, NET, NKJV, NRSV, RSV, and WYC.

Footnote from the NET for Psalm 69:28:
sn The phrase the scroll of the living occurs only here in the OT. It pictures a scroll or census list containing the names of the citizens of a community. When an individual died, that person’s name was removed from the list. So this curse is a very vivid way of asking that the enemies die.
