Ken you still don't understand. You can't accept the fact of how little it takes to please the masses on an individual basis.
To insult them gets you NOWHERE.
To put a little extra green in the wallet gets you EVERWHERE with most and SOMEWHERE with the rest.

What I don't understand is, why are the dems and rinos not willing to have peace with Russia? I don't ever remember a time when either party actively campaigned against peace with Russia. It's very clear Putin respects Trump more than he did the previous presidents. And they're mad because he didn't insult Putin? Would Reagan have insulted Putin at a summit?

It's the new handful thrown against the wall to see if it will stick.
Even if it does the Progressive left's efforts will come to nought because they cannot come out of their multi-layered state of denial and deal with issues rather than their obsessive compulsive need to find some kryptonite to use on SuperTrump.
The good thing about Trump is, he's willing to ignore the hysteria and stick to his guns. Lot of "politicians" would crack under this type of hysteria. Can you imagine a President McCain in this situation? A President Rubio?
Trump doesn't mind holding a minority opinion, even when the other side gets hysterical. He's going to pursue peaceful relations with Russia.
