Did what's-his-name Brown in Ferguson commit theft before being confronted and shot by a police officer? Would he have done anything, including trying to wrest the officer's gun away, to avoid arrest?
Who says the form is required? And if it is required, how do you know it wasn't filed? And if it was filed how do you know the AG didn't remove it from the file and shred it?

The person I ask has the same freedom to conduct research as I. Does he believe that the New York State Attorney lied in his letter informing Trump that he was in violation of New York State law, section 172 of Article 7-A New York's Executive Law for not registering the Trump Foundation? No one would be that dumb. It would be too easy to disprove. So we do not need to go to the State Library or the State Archives and go through the files. The letter is available, on line, for anyone to read. I will save you the effort. Here is the letter:

Seriously? You think one of the most popular Presidents in recent history regardless of his scandals was gonna have a problem getting a mortgage against his future earnings? That's what insurance policies are for. And considering the tens of millions he's made, it would have been a no brainer for any bank to give them a mortgage against his future earnings.
