The Republican Senate, as a whole, doesn't have the courage or the ethics to hold the President accountable....[/QUOTE]

The dems never had evidence of Russian collusion, though they have made the same false claims for years that you have repeated here.

So when you don’t have the evidence you falsify documents (which was done by FBI, the Clint:n campaign, and the dems) and you attack repubs as lacking courage/ethics when they refuse to believe the lies.

That, by the way, is a big part of the “rules for radicals”, they never engage the merits; they make things up and viciously attack and destroy anyone that challenges you.

peace to you

LOL, this Judge Sullivan really is a piece of . . . work. Just read his opinion upon dismissal:

READ: Judge Emmet Sullivan's opinion in Michael Flynn case - CNNPolitics

Moot, meaning the judge thinks Flynn is guilty but got away with it. Emmett didn't want to do this, I wonder who made the phone call?
Unsurprisingly, Sullivan’s sure to be infamous “opinion” is yet more of the Dem hypocrisy that knows no bounds. It’s not called “Democrisy” for nothing.

He cites the pardon as a political decision, as though manufacturing and pressing the case were not. Indeed the entire matter of spying on and going after the Trump campaign and administration was strictly political, not to mention illegal. The Mueller Investigation was yet more of the same.

The history of the Constitution, its structure, and the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the pardon power make clear that President Trump’s decision to pardon Mr. Flynn is a political decision, not a legal one. Because the law recognizes the President’s political power to pardon, the appropriate course is to dismiss this case as moot.
