No, I do not reject what you posted as it was actions they took, it was not a definition. Alcott cut and pasted definitions for the word moral.

Pence is young enough where he can run even if Trump makes it for 8.Hank you are one of the few Trump supporters here who I think gives as fair of evaluation of Trump as possible for his supporters.
I have no problem with Pence except with where he hitched his star.
I'm still waiting on a pro life ruling from Gorsuch before I sing his praises as we have been burned by SCOTUS multiple times.
Trumps praise of Planned Parenthood and continual funding of Planned Parenthood leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We will see what happens with the next budget coming up soon but his focus seems to be on the wall not defunding that evil organization.
For me Trump is a symptom of a much bigger problem in the American Church and that is what I'm always aiming at rooting out.
We must end the duopoly. It has not escaped my noticed that those who go on about RINOs and turncoats are also the one that insisted one must vote for the Republican party or else. I figure the best way to stop RINOs is to stop voting for them. Living in Arizona where 2 of the worst RINOs are in the Senate I'll tell you I did not vote for McCain nor will I vote for Flake if he survives the primary. If enough people break away from the Duopoly then things can change.Pence is young enough where he can run even if Trump makes it for 8.
However by then Antifa/Alt-Left will have come of voting age and we can probably say goodbye to most of the Bill of Rights.
Yes, I agree with the rest of your assessments.
I am sure that there will be some serious disappointments along the way but like I said - the alternatives?

That's one of the checks and balances. Unless you mean like 10 at once and may the best candidate win.We must end the duopoly. I pity the man. He is immoral and evil and a chronic liar.
Hank forgive me if I'm incorrect on this, but it seems like you are equating calling out sin, with one thinking they are better than someone else.Luke 18
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.
When our goodness exceeds that of another then we are moral in our own eyes.
And I'm playing the moral game just by saying that.
HankD
Pence, though I respect him won't have the strength anywhere near that of Donald Trump --a giant.Pence is young enough where he can run even if Trump makes it for 8.
I remember Pastor Perry F. Rockwood made the following statement. Why would a truly moral person need a savior ?
Let's see a list of moral sins.
Well, we are neither prophets nor apostles and they have left the scene on earth (apart from the word).Hank forgive me if I'm incorrect on this, but it seems like you are equating calling out sin, with one thinking they are better than someone else.
Calling out sin is not wrong, as we see the examples of Nathan the Prophet with David, John the Baptist with Herod and the Pharisees, Paul with Peter, Paul with the man in Corinth. Is the one calling out the sin called to examine themselves, yes absolutely, removing the plank if need be, but they are still to help the other brother remove his speck. And I disagree I don't think you are playing the moral game, just by defining it.
I think this idea has crept in from the world, that taking a moral stand is the same as judging those who don't take the same stand. We see this all the time in the world, for example if its known that 2 people waited for marriage the assumptions is they look down on everyone that didn't. I think more likely it is that the fact that they waited bothers the consciences of those who didn't and they feel shame and instead of dealing with their sin, they blame the other people for "judging them."
I definitely know I have a long way to go.Yup. I know of no truly saved person who would claim to be moral. I think most blood-bought-believers like me see themselves as completely wretched.
