There is still a reason he loves Biden and hates Trump, and I can think of only one.
If you expand your thinking just a little, you could think of another reason.

I’m not trying to defend him particularly, I just find it unseemly to ask a brother in Christ such a loaded question on a public forum.

peace to you

OK, but I was responding to the notion that, “The Trump administration has been more friendly to "alternative lifestyles" than the Obama-Biden administration.” I find that to be untrue.

Perhaps Trump’s personality is naturally friendlier and more diplomatic than either Obama’s or Biden’s. Certainly he does not have the utter disdain toward voters displayed by either of them, or by the Dems and their MSM in general, who seem fueled by hate and rage, which they instigate at every turn. But Trump admin policies have not been friendlier to the LGBTQer’s agenda.
I disagree. But it depends on who you ask. If you ask gay Republicans, then Trump is the best thing since Birkenstocks and skinny jeans. If you ask gay Democrats then Trump is worse than Hitler. I figure the truth is somewhere between.

I'm pretty sure there is no rational reason to paint Trump so black and ignore the brazen criminality and utter treason of those that oppose him.

I agree with that. The hatred of Tr:mp is irrational that has nothing to do with the question you asked.

Disagree they do, but one difference is that they don’t need him when activist judges are making policy. It remains to be seen whether enough Consitutional judges have been placed to make a difference, and whether the Dems get control enough to fundamentally change the game. But I’m not asking LGBTQers only, as they aren’t the only ones affected. Far from it.

In any case, our disagreement seems to be one of speaking past each other, the difference between focusing on words vs action, from my perspective reminiscent of the two sons, one saying he would but didn’t, the other saying he wouldn’t but did, the preferred “lie” depending on the outcome.

One problem I see is that many Republicans are going to want Constitutional justices to be activist judges for the other party. This won't work because the Constitutionalists appointed are originalists (they are going to interpret the Constitution in accordance to what they view as the original intent).

But yes, a lot of our disagreement is that we were speaking past one another. I am very conservative and constitutional, but I am not political (I see the GOP and the DNC as equally dangerous but in different ways).

so how comes many Republicans voted against Trump? The fact that in 2016 he won the election, and in 2020 he lost, shows that there are many who voted for him then, but did not vote this time. It has nothing to do with the fake "hatred" of this guy, but the dislike by the majority of Americans, of the way he has done things! This is clear from his single term in office, and the fact that he lost to "sleepy Joe", who most others would have surely defeated!

Again, your ignorance is evident. Tr:mp received 11 million more votes in 2020 than in 2016. He received far more votes than any incumbent in history.

Just more evidence of widespread fraud.

But the facts speak for themselves. Biden won 81,283,098 votes, or 51.3 percent of the votes cast; Trump won 74,222,957 votes, or 46.8 percent of the votes cast. Did you know, that Biden is the FIRST President is US history, to have got over 80 million votes? Biden beat Trump by over 7 MILLION votes!!! This is a FACT, not the rubbish peddled by some, that some "fraud" took place, which has NEVER been proven!

I neither like, or dislike either Trump or Biden, but amazed at the hate towards Biden on this Christian forum! He IS the next POTUS, whether Trumpers like you like it or not!

I get it. your sensitivities were offended.
Yeh, my Christian sensitivities were offended when you asked a brother in Christ if he was “g:y” over comments about the presidential race.

The real question is how did you convince yourself it was an appropriate question?

peace to you

No “hate” for B:den, though the videos of him groping children makes my skin crawl almost as much as the little girls trying to get away from his hands.

He isn’t the next pres yet, though it does look likely.

I agree with you on Biden with the female sex, especially with little girls! whats with this guy wanting to smell their hair??? Having said that, there are a few videos of Trump and his daughter Ivanka, which can make you sick! His language about her and the way he hugs/holds her, is not on.
