ITL my brother.....because you vocalize concerns about Trump (policies, activities, executive orders etc) you are now a Leftist Liberal......if it walks like a duck, quacks blah blah blah......Baloney!

It's not that simply my friend. Actually Trump's grab for power is very leftist. Conservatives have railed for years about making government smaller and less intrusive. But Trump wants unprecidented power for himself and the executive branch of the government. That is not right-wing, that is very left-wing and I oppose him.

What you are implying is a dictatorship not a Republican democracy....with that said, the laws of this country (fortified by the Constitution/ checks & balances etc.,) should be no respecters of persons.

Trump's supporters, including some on this site, do exactly the same thing that they have criticized Liberals of doing for years: Speak against my guy, and you are a (insert insult here).

Trump does not want a Republican democracy. He wants complete power. He wants to negate the checks and balances in our system. His twitter about the judge in Washington prove this. He wants to gut the judiciary and gain complete control of the executive branch of the government.

Looks like the American people (politically distributed population) already gave it to him November 8, 2016.
Congress, senate and executive branch.

Judicial branch to be determined.

Yes, I know the drill. No actual rebuttal to the argument. Lots of "but Obama" and name calling though.

If two weeks is too early to criticize, at what point in Trump's administration will it be unacceptable for Trump to go on weekend getaways that cost the taxpayers $3 million?
100 days should suffice.

100 days could be enough time to do serious damage.....how many executive orders has he kicked out, how many covert military operations can he come up with, how many Green Card holders can he deport, how many financial laws can he repeal....all in 100 days.

That is why it is so important that the judiciary really do their job and rule by the law and the Constitution and not by politics. It is not the role of the judiciary to be popular but to rule by the Constitution.

Good..... impeachment dialog is already swarming.
Ain't gonna happen.

The ability to impeach a president sits with the House of Representatives and appears to be the ultimate check and balance on executive powers. According to the Congressional Research Service (CRS), the Constitution gives the House the right to impeach—to formally approve allegations of wrongdoing and remove from office, known as articles of impeachment— any sitting president, vice-president, or head of a federal agency. But the road to impeachment is a long and convoluted process that can take months. It requires cooperation from both houses of Congress, which are currently controlled by Republicans.
...
The immense political fallout from invoking the 25th Amendment is what makes it such an unlikely option for Pence and Congress. Trump would have to do something truly egregious to draw the ire of his cabinet and Pence, who have all been on his side since his election.

Good..... impeachment dialog is already swarming. I would prefer Mike Pence in there anyway
Just as stupid as the "Impeach Obama" nonsense we heard for the last 8 years. And remember, that was when the Republicans controlled both houses of Congress. And it still did not happen.

Just more people throwing a tantrum because they didn't get their way in November.

Even President Clinton who was charged with lying under oath to a federal grand jury and obstruction of justice, although impeached, was acquitted.
