That is why it is so important that the judiciary really do their job and rule by the law and the Constitution and not by politics.
I agree.
1st amendment. Absolute. Worship how you please, say or publish what you please,
peaceably assemble (no riots, no smashing windows, no setting cars on fire, no blocking streets/hiways), be heard by our elected representatives.
2nd amendment. Every law abiding citizen has the right to own the firearm of his choice and to carry that firearm in any way he chooses. (That is what "shall not be infringed" means.)
3rd amendment. For the most part, moot.
4th amendment. No searches or seizures without probable cause. (A dog sniffing is not probable cause because I cannot cross examine the dog on the witness stand, therefore I cannot impeach the witness.)
5th amendment. Remain silent. "What is your name." I choose to remain silent according to my rights under the 5th amendment. "You can't do that! You have to give me your name." No, I don't. Unless you can give me written assurance that nothing I say will be used against me, including my identity. "Then I will place you under arrest!" God ahead. I can use the money I will get when I sue you, your department, your city/county/state, for deprivation of rights under 42 USC 1983.
6th amendment. The right to counsel before any questions.
10th amendment. Restore all power and authority to the states and end the federal usurpation of those rights that has been going on for over 150 years. That would include doing away with all Cabinet level departments including Agriculture, Commerce, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, and Transportation.
The only Cabinet level departments that should remain are Defense, Homeland Security,
Treasury, Veterans Affairs, State, and the Attorney General. And Homeland Security should be broken up into its original components, then many of them should be disbanded.
How about it, Crabtownboy? You with me?
