Uncomfortable Silence in the Church

Your case isn't served by pretending to be stupid.
Neither is yours by fake illogical outrage.

Once again, walk me through how you 'lost' the rule of law because this is the most nonsensical statement ever
By the fact that the court went outside the law and based their decision on what they think the law should be, rather than what the law is.

Specifically,
1. How/where did SCOTUS go outside the law?
2. How they based their decision on 'what they think the law should be rather than what the law is'

The answer to this is found in the dissenting opinions/

Revmitchell,
You could held Deerfan by pointing to specific sections of the dissent because honestly, I can't find it. There are convenient and empty cliches believers are throwing around.

The consequences of this decision are what should worry you. Resisting homosexuality will attract suits and labels such as bigots. Otherwise, we had it coming. The judgement was just the culmination.
