These activities are not a guaranteed constitutional right. Voting is a right.
Voting is a right of US Citizens. If you can't prove you are a US Citizen, you shouldn't get to vote.
What's so hard about that?

There was no photo ID when the Constitution was written so how can you strict constructionists demand it now?
How about DNA proof of ID? That can't be faked. Or fingerprint readers.
A national ID card would be simpler.
Yeah, and I don't think there is a need. I've asked for documentation of voter fraud many times and have scarcely gotten a response. Voter photo ID is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Not saying it could exist on a small scale, but I have yet to see an example where it threw an election or warrants an intrusive government regulatory agency to administer a new program.
The other thing is, supposing there were photo voter ID laws. In today's photoshop, computerized world, don't you think someone could get a fake ID in less than an hour?

"Clifton Mitchell helped register nearly 2,000 voters for the community group ACORN. But not one of them actually existed.
"I regret it. I paid the price for it," he said.
Mitchell was convicted last year and spent nearly three months in prison. He's one of the few ACORN workers convicted of voter registration fraud."

"On Monday, Nevada officials charged Acorn, its regional director and its Las Vegas field director with submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration forms last year. Larry Lomax, the registrar of voters in Las Vegas, says he believes 48% of Acorn's forms "are clearly fraudulent." On Thursday, prosecutors in Pittsburgh, Pa., also charged seven Acorn employees with filing hundreds of fraudulent voter registrations before last year's general election."

"A Milwaukee Rescue Mission employee said in the television report that he had to ask Democratic campaign volunteers to leave the property after he caught them trying to bribe potential voters with cigarettes."

and there's plenty more out there if you really want to know.....
Are Voter ID Laws racist or reasonable? Please not only vote but give a detailed explanation of your answer.

if you're talking about the poll options - I'd disagree, because it's addressing what the liberal democrat anti-voting ID crowd has identified as the choices for not wanting a voting ID.False Dichotomy Fallacy
Prove it....(this message was too short, but now it ain't)
"The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States" --U.S. Constitution Article 1 Sec. 2
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude." --U.S. Constitution, 15th amendment, sec. 1
Bunk, no one is guaranteed the right to vote by either of those statements. It would only take a minimum of 3 to accomplish what Article 1, Sec. 2, says, and the 15th Amd. makes no assumption that anyone has a right to vote-- just 3 reasons it cannot be denied.
Besides, courts have ruled that the incarcerated must be allowed ministers/clergy and holy books if they choose because they still have a right to their religion. Has it been ruled that prisoners must be let out to vote because that is also a right?
Racist because there is no law requiring that new births be registered with the government.

Yes, I want to know about actual fraudulent votes being cast in an election, not about an overzealous person or group of people making up names and putting them on voter registration forms.
