It is hard to respond to that since I have never studied Finnish law. Are you saying that they protect the rights of the accused better? As far as moving to Canada, I have no reason to want to leave the United States.

Oh, another question. Is it true that you must have a bachelor's degree or above to live in Canada permanently?
