... Yep many will be disappointed in that day thinking they were following God only to find out too late they never knew him *MATTHEW 7:22-23.

Actually it was He who never knew them:

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Indeed but those who think they are saved while continuing in known unrepentant sin do not know God *1 JOHN 2:3-4; 1 JOHN 3:6. Sin is the difference between the children of God and the children of the devil *1 JOHN 3:6-10.

3/4 of the seed in the parable of the sower had faith yet washed out. Christ's words are Spirit and truth. Many partake of the Spirit on this level and fail. Only the New Birth secures (good soil) provides lasting faith.
They do not have faith but have heard the Gospel, the seed

Amen! A shallow, temporary belief that has no root, produces no fruit, is choked out and withers away is not saving faith in Christ. Only the 4th soil "good soil" was said to bear fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty, which demonstrates that all genuine believers are fruitful, but not all are equally fruitful. But Faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit.

no, faith is a gift to know of the Holy Spirit, it is not result of the Holy Spirit

Wrong. No spirit, no faith:

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Gal 5

...no spirit, no knowing no receiving:

12 But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is from God; that we might know the things that were freely given to us of God.
14 Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged. 1 Cor 2

Can you have ears that do not hear and eyes that do not see as described in Isaiah and quoted by JESUS and Paul?

17 So belief cometh of hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
18 But I say, Did they not hear? Yea, verily, Their sound went out into all the earth, And their words unto the ends of the world. Ro 10

And I responded.. Can you have ears that do not hear and eyes that do not see as described in Isaiah and quoted by JESUS and Paul?

20, But Isaiah is very bold, and said, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest to them that asked not after me.
21, But to Israel he said, All day long I have stretched forth my hands to a disobedient and gainsaying people.

If not of the Holy Spirit it's of the flesh and sinful. The flesh cannot discern the true Christ.
Faith and the ability to understand is from God., where else?

Flesh cannot sin, we use the term to suggest the sinful state. without God.

What do the scriptures say and what do you think they mean *MATTHEW 13:13:15; ACTS 28:25-27 ?

Ok. Christ fed the flock of slaughter riddles, dark sayings. Zechariah 11
What's your point?

What God closes no man can open, or, what God opens no man can close:

25 At that season Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou didst hide these things from the wise and understanding, and didst reveal them unto babes:
26 yea, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in thy sight.
27 All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth the Son, save the Father; neither doth any know the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him. Mt 11

Opposite, we have initial faith to know God, The fruits of the Holy Spirits are the result of Christian living,
We bear fruit as Christians, the result of the Holy Spirit. our faith grows.
We must have faith in God to receive the Holy Spirit

Those who are truly born of God have received a new nature, a divine nature and are new creations in Christ. They have been transformed from pigs and dogs into sheep. The change is more than merely outward/cosmetic, as in 2 Peter 2:20. *These cleaned up on the outside dogs and pigs were never sheep.

Compare 2 Peter 1:4 - "partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption - Strongs #5356 that is in the world through lust with 2 Peter 2:20 - with they escaped the pollutions - Strongs #3356 (different Greek word) of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, yet they are again entangled therein, and overcome. *Notice that 2 Peter 2:20 did not mention them being "partakers of the divine nature."

Corruption (Strongs #5356) which describes corruption, destruction, decay, rottenness, decomposition. Internal corruption.

Pollutions/Defilements (Strongs #3393) describes pollution, defilement; a stain. Pollutions/Defilement refers to what is on the outside (2 Peter 2:20). But genuine believers have escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (2 Peter 1:4).

Corruption is deeper than pollutions/defilements on the outside: it is decay on the inside.

Having the knowledge of Jesus Christ does not save a person if there is no heart submission to that knowledge. The latter end is worse than the beginning for these people because rejecting this knowledge will make them more accountable at the judgment. Judas Iscariot is a good example of someone who rejected the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, yet was never saved.
""*Notice that 2 Peter 2:20 did not mention them being "partakers of the divine nature."

Look at what I'm replying to. Its in response to being partakers of the Holy Spirit = GOD = divine nature

Read those two chapters in one shot and come back tell me he's not talking about them falling.
Its all over the place.

2 peter 1
10Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; 11for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.

2 peter 2
1But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves.

Denying the master who bought them. Some folks would state Jesus never bought them to begin with.
