They're both dead.although (2) has gone on to be with the Lord.
Too bad more effort was not spent learning Biblical Doctrine. All this sound and fury to find fault with those that differ is a flare signaling insecurity.
What do you call a 1-point Calvinist? An Arminian.
You seem to not really understand what calvinism teaches!Note that the Calvinists have returned to making false claims to disparage and avoid actual discussion of doctrine.
Once saved, always saved is biblical doctrine. Christ died for all and not just the elect is biblical doctrine. Our individual election for salvation is conditional, for we were chosen through faith in the truth.
I did not know that any version of the Bible was called the Lord/Saviour!And I haven't been over in the Bible Translation area since I came off sabbatical, but I withstand to their faces those holding to the
(1) Ruckman teaching (the KJV - whichever revision you think is perfect - actually CORRECTS the God-breathed Greek manuscripts
(2) Hyles teaching (unless a person is saved using the KJV - again unsure which edition since they all differ - you are not REALLY SAVED)
Always a blessing to hear others who repudiate error

Reminds me of time was invited to Ibf church founding, and was just told to make sure have on best suit and a Kjv, but the keynote address was by local police chief, read the dedication prayer of Solomon for His temple, and that was done in the Niv, and the look on the Pastor and Elders would be as if they heard the Koran being read!Sadly, some elevate their chosen English translation of God's Word as if it were Lord or Savior. Remember a "pastor's school" where the choir sang about the "where is the rock-made-without-hands" (Messianic prophecy) and down the aisle paraded men carrying a huge Styrofoam Bible with KJV printed on it. Choir immediately started whooping and pointed at the giant KJV and sang "THIS is the rock".
Saw the video and wanted to throw up. Reminded me of pagan Mexicans carrying statues of the blessed virgin as their "god".
What systematic theology by a calvinist have you read?Yet another attempt at disparagement, devoid of any argument against OSAS, Christ dying for all mankind, and our individual election for salvation being conditional - through faith in the truth.
As the Press Secretary observed - Crickets.
Obviously no one wants to offer arguments that challenge OSAS, or Christ dying for all mankind, or our individual election for salvation being conditional - through faith in the truth.
Could you clarify? By pretribulational, I presume you mean that the Church will be raptured before a Great Tribulation...so by saying the church will exist during this tribulation do you mean those who would later become Christians?Premillennial. Pretribulational. I believe that the church exists on earth during the tribulation though. I am dispensational.

So we get change of subject questions.
I think progressive dispensationalism is valid.
I think the sign and wonder gifts ceased with the biblical authors.
