I've started Spurgeon's "Treasury of David" for devotions, an introduction to the Talmud for my research, and a biography on President James K. Polk for general reading.

A book that I really enjoyed was Three Weeks With My Brother by Nicholas and Micah Sparks.
This is a true story of the bicycle trip that the Sparks brothers took in Europe. In between the description of their travels while in Europe the brothers also reflect on their growing up years. WARNING: THIS BOOK IS KLEENEX AND HANKY MATERIAL!

Since I am too lazy to read through 11 pages of posts, maybe someone has mentioned this book. I am reading "The Story of Christianity" by Justo Gonzalez. Its a good over view of the church age. Right now I am reading in the middle ages and making regular daily progress.

Am I right in thinking that someone posted an online link for Soverignty of God by A W Pink, because I am unable to find it now. It is a link I wanted to pass on to someone who reads books online, which I find difficult to do.

Blessings

Traveling Light, Max Lucado ( I am using it as part of a Thursday night Bible study with a couple other guys)

12 Ordinary Men, John MacArthur -- A really good look at the personalities and character of the 12 disciples

I am also reading this really good book. I think the title is Holy Bible. ;)
