What does Scripture say about the King James Bible?

Nothing. The King James is a great bible. I used it myself until my parents got me a NKJV Scofield reference for my 18th birthday.

but it is not a perfect bible. nor is it truly inspired.
As in the Army we say "Close enough for govt work!" And as we all know - "It looses something in translation."

The example I like to use is that in German a refrigerator = Kühlschrank
Now a literal translation of Kühlschrank would be cold storage
So, if you are translating - would you use cold storage or refrigerator?

I am retired Navy/Coast guard so I understand that term. and used it often

I guess it would depend. Both would work literally. A refrigerator is cold storage.

The example I like you use is John 21. and the English translation of two greek words to Love

I remember it, because the first time I saw it in the Greek. it opened the passage up and what Jesus did so much more clearly. And how Awesome our God is. That Peter could not admit he Agape him.. Yet Jesus still told him, go feed my people

the english works, As yuo say, close enough for government work

But the greek opens and expands it so much more.. to see something we can not see as interpreted in the english text.

Actually that would have a major factor and should be considered!
What really gets me are those who say that the King James Version is superior to the Greek!
never heard this. heard it was equal. to the greek. ie perfect..

now this is out there. superior? The english language would have to be superior. and it is not even close

Or when KJVO state that it was and is the ONLY Translation given to us by God, as its inerrant and perfect
