But dont worry I will give you a short summary of the differences in doctrine within a FEW of the new version that you neglected to post!

And while you're at it, please *PROVE* that ONLY THE KJV is right. Just saying, "It aint the KJV, Textus Receptus", etc." won't do.

If you insist, but itll be a few days as I have a wealth of information to put down,I already have quite a bit down but im only about 15% done so youll have to wait intil then for my answer.try to restrain your "impatience".

Really. News to me and the rest of rational civilization for the last two millennia.

If the KJV teaches KJV-onlyism, it should be a simple manner of providing scripture references. Scripture references that were true in 1605 and didn't change meaning via advanced revelation in 1611.

Forced on who? Seems to me they voluntarily spent considerable effort, almost one third of their men and time, on translating it. They provided cross references into and out of it.

Ya, ya. Go write your paper. Then come back when you're ready to actually answer questions.

The 1611 KJV revised in I believe 1768(or 9) to modern spelling. Note, I did not say "modern words" I said modern spelling of old words.Such as changing "Iesus" to "Jesus"

How do I know the KJV isn't your final authority? Becuase your doctrine of the KJV cannot be found anywhere in teh KJV. It is a doctrine that you impose on the KJV, thus showing your underlying authority is not the KJV.

Quite simply, he's saying the KJVO myth is false because it has absolutely NO SCRIPTURAL SUPPORT.

AND I CONCUR.

KJVBT:I will go into this in the paper I am writing. But briefly,God said that He would preserve His Word.I doubt He meant it would be re-interprated every generation.

Now, did God make all languages? Does He still oversee them? Hoes He allow/ cause changes in them, or does He just sit back & allow man to go his willy-nilly way? Is JESUS still The Word? Did God retire in 1611?

I can tell you the man-made origin of the KJVO myth. Can you provide any SCRIPTURE to support it?

as I answered on another thread, I think they choose b/c of tradition. 2 Kings 18:4..."If it was good enough for Moses, it's good enough for me." :D :rolleyes: :eek:

KJVBT:In my paper that I am writing I can prove that the KJV is right and the others wrong,but it will probably be discounted because im "biased".

Then, give an unbiased proof.

I am not insulting you. I am pointing out that you are simply sidestepping questions by saying "I'm working on a paper...". You can answer questions now even though you are still writing a paper. And yes, I am VERY patient. I have been trying to get answers to some of my questions for YEARS.

Very well...and I hope you actually have some FRESH EVIDENCE. In over 22 years of warring against the KJVO myth, I've seen only the same ole garbage I saw in the first 6 months repackaged in new baggies over & over. They are just as wrong now as they were then.

But let me advise you...if it isn't backed up with SCRIPTURE, you're wasting your time.

No, you are being very rude and dictorial. He told you he would answer you, but that it was going to require your patience as he is preparing his answers in a paper and was taking his time, but that he would answer you. Now you falsely accuse him of side-stepping the answers, even though he told you it was going to take some time and why. You are plain rude and mean.

The only one i recall claiming
that the word of God came from Alexandria,
Egypt was you AA. So you prove it.

God chose to prserve His written Word in
a multitude of ways. One bookers deny
the ability of God to preserve His written
word in more than one form.
The Final Authority is God, who preserved
His true written words in multiple places,
multiple times, and mulitple English versions.
