NAACP & UNCF are misleading and send a message that these terms are okay sometimes when they are not okay all the time. Hypocrisy has been determined to be the sole cause of global warming.

They are only misleading to individuals who want to find hypocrisy in the use of the term, and those who want to make a case for "if they can say, I should be able to say it".

The average person understands the historical use of the trademarked names.
