What denominations, other than Baptist, are represented on this forum? I know there are a few Roman Catholics. Just curious

I'm a Catholic Christian. I just joined this board.
I am Baptist. Member of SBC church. Attend an IFB church. What denominations, other than Baptist, are represented on this forum? I know there are a few Roman Catholics. Just curious
Just curious - if your are Catholic - why did you want to join a Baptist board?
For me, it was because Baptist’s are so welcoming, tolerant and accepting, like the Mennonite sites.
Years ago. My when my Baptist church was in the midst of the Calvinism wars at the start of the Young Restless and Reformed stuff I had a chance to have lunch with a hospital Chaplin where I worked. Since he was a Presbyterian I was questioning him on Calvinism since it was all new to me. He listened, then said "You know I envy you people. I wish I could get my congregation worked up over something, anything!" I just said "We're Baptists. We're always riled up over something". Your post reminded me of that. By the way, Cathode, I appreciate your input that I've seen on here, even though we seldom agree.
You're more than welcome to check out the Catholic Church. There are a lot of similarities between the Catholic and Orthodox Churches.
I just happened upon this board and thought, "why not?"Just curious - if your are Catholic - why did you want to join a Baptist board?
I could not reject the Catholic Church. Where could I go to get nourished by the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus in the Eucharist? I know that the Orthodox shares the same belief. Thanks, but I rejected the RCC long ago. I don't find the soteriology of EOC and RCC to be similar.
Then why do you want to be here?I could not reject the Catholic Church. Where could I go to get nourished by the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus in the Eucharist? I know that the Orthodox shares the same belief.
As I have stated, I just stumbled on here and I thought that it might be a good place for fellowship among people who believe that Jesus is Lord and Savior. Then why do you want to be here?

Yes. I will just take what comes and explain why I believe the way that I do.but most on here detest what you believe and stand for
The Apostolic succession and authority. It is my baptist view that this is solely the New Testament (27) documents. Though this may not be the sole view among all who are Baptists regarding succession. Typical of all Baptists the 66 book Bible is the sole authority in all matters of faith and practice.
Yes, that is understood. We have the same 27 Books in our Bible. We do view the Bible as the infallible/inerrant written word of God. We just do not believe that it is the sole authority in matters of faith and practice.
