Yup. I have no idea what SS7 is. I stick with hardware. I can troubleshoot component problems very well, but when software doesn't perform, I am absolutely clueless....

But this is an excellent thread.

    Bro. Curtis--

Glad we got the SS7 mystery person thing cleared up! [IMG]

    BTW, was just wondering:

Since you also have the St. Andrew's Cross flag as your icon whether or not there's some Scottish blood in your family tree?

My family's Scottish heritage goes back at least as far as the early 1300's when one of my ancestors was an aide to Scottish King Robert the Bruce back in the days when the Scots beat the socks off those English invaders  at the Battle of Bannockburn (1314), thus securing Scotland's independence for some 400 years. I noticed your's, as well. My grandfather, Orson Henry Rathburn Sr., and his dad, Henry Rathburn were right off the boat. (Orson Sr. fought in WWI, and also chased Poncho Villa) My dad has traced us back pretty far, I could contact him, and give you more info. We are from the MacGregor Clan, and 13th cousins to Princess Dianna. I will have him send me more info, & forward it to you.

I am a former lay preacher, factory worker for women's intimate apparel, and also a former small business owner. I am currently disabled, but still preach from time to time in the church my wife and I attend. I also write fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and research and am currently working on 3 manuscripts. I also compose music of many varieties. My wife and I are both licensed as limited Insurance producers in the states of TN and IL (used to be SC, too) with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. My wife currently works for Dell, Inc in the Lebanon, TN facility and is currently working a second home business along with PPL.

I am a certified child care provider.
I have my own daycare out of my home.
I was and still am certified by the state of Ohio in 2003. If it wasn't for my love for children I would still be a housewife.
I am also a full time grandmother.
Thats a second job in itself.

Still looking for a church to get into. Hasn't been easy finding one that preaches from the KJB.
    Anywho thats my job.

:D There's actually something "fishy" about what I do for a living! I'm a route sales representative for a tropical fish company that is the prime vendor for nearly 700 Walmart stores in the southeast.I sell and deliver freshwater tropical fish to 20 of these stores throughout western NC and the upstate of SC.Beyond that I started a tract ministry in the local church I attend and try to spread them around as much as possible everywhere I go....so I guess you could call me a sower of Seed too!In the past I have built houses, worked as an aircraft mechanic and painter, been a cook and a kitchen manager and also spent 9 years as a machine tool and cutter grinder.I like sales work but the truth is I never could get myself settled on any one specific career path.It has truly been a roller-coaster ride of a life.I'm hoping God will somehow let me have a little bit more settled life for the "second half".

Hi folks. I haven't been in for awhile. Been too busy and too tired to be online much.
I've had quite a few jobs over the years.
I worked in a grocery store, an insurance office, a television tuner factory (back when tvs had channel strips), let's see now. Oh yeah, I worked in a pants factory (I sewed the front and back pocket in.)
I was a ward clerk in a mental institution for 15.5 years.
I have been working for the city as an Administrative Specialist for almost 18 years. I help run five major city facilities which we rent for banquets, shows, meetings, pageants, flea markets, wrestling, bull riding, circuses. You name it, we have it. More recently, I have taken on the job of teacher in that they have me learning new computer courses being used to book and run the buildings. Then I get to teach them to the other employees. I have never been much of a teacher before, but they felt that my expertise in helping run the facilities would give me more insight as to problems with the programs that might need adjusting. I'm good at questioning things and quick at picking up new programs. So far, I've gotten a big pat on the back, but no extra money. LOL
