When are names written in the Lamb's book of Life?

Not a thing about when being written in the book.

Read the verses. Sounds like you are hung up on wanting to find the word "book" instead of the reason that the names of God's elect are written in a book. The "book" is a symbol that signifies God's election of those whom He gave to Christ to be their Surety and to give them eternal life (John 17:2).

"And I will not blot out his name out of the book of life; by which is meant the choice of persons to everlasting life and salvation; and this being signified by a book, and by writing names in it, shows the exact knowledge God has of his elect, the value he has for them, his remembrance of them, his love to them, and care for them; and that this election is of particular persons by name, and is sure and certain; for those whose names are written in it shall never be blotted out, they will always remain in the number of God's elect, and can never become reprobates, or shall ever perish; because of the unchangeableness of the nature and love of God, the firmness of his purposes, the omnipotence of his arm, the death and intercession of Christ for them, their union to him, and being in him, the impossibility of their seduction by false teachers, and the security of their persons, grace, and glory in Christ, and in whose keeping this book of life is; which respects not this temporal life, that belongs to the book of providence, but a spiritual and eternal life, from whence it has its name."

Psalm 69:27-28, Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness. Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

Psalm 69:27-28, Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness. Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

"This is the book of divine predestination or election, often in the New Testament called the book of life; in which the names of some persons are written, and others not, Phil 4:3; so called, not with respect to the present life, and the affairs of it, which belong to the book of Providence; but with respect to the life of the world to come, or eternal life....It is no other than God's ordination or foreappointment of men to eternal life; which being called a book, and names written in it, show that election is personal or particular; the exact knowledge God has of his chosen ones; his great care of them, and value for them; his constant remembrance of them, and the certainty of their salvation; for such whose names are written here in reality can never be blotted out: this would be contrary to the unchangeableness of God, the firmness of his purposes, and the safety of his people. Wherefore the design of this imprecation is, that those persons who had, in their own conceits, and in the apprehensions of others, a name in this book; that it might appear, both to themselves and others, they had none, by the awful ruin and destruction that should be brought upon them."

Do you think this is the case of little children before an age to understand to believe?
I believe children are taken care of by the Lord Jesus, and are not lost. Two examples are those children in the Exodus and the children in Nineveh. Another would be David and Bathsheba’s first son.

. . . be blotted out of the book . . . .
Names have to have been written in in order to be blotted out.

1 John 2:2, And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Mark 10:15, Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Yes, there is.
Saying what is not true doesn't make what is not true so.
Blotting out names is mentioned only three times.

Two to do so.

First mention, Exodus 32:33, And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

First mention, Exodus 32:33, And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
"whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book; not that anyone that is really in the book of life is ever blotted out, or that anyone predestinated or ordained to eternal life ever perish: but some persons may think themselves, and they may seem to be written in that book, or to be among the number of God's elect, but are not, and turn out obstinate impenitent sinners, and live and die in impenitence and unbelief; when it will appear that their names were never written in it, which, is the same thing as to be blotted out of it, see Psalm 69:28. Now by this answer the Lord does not absolutely refuse the request of Moses with respect to the people, though he does with regard to himself, and the blotting his name out of his book; and it is plain, by what follows, he meant to show mercy to the people, since he bids Moses go and lead them on towards Canaan, and promises an angel to go before them; though he reserves to himself a liberty to chastise this people for this sin, as he should have opportunity, along with others."

Before the foundation of the world, which is the same as when those who would believe on Him were chosen in Christ ( Ephesians 1:3-14 ).

We as God's people do not trust implication, Van.
We trust what is written, and what God has declared in the Scriptures.
And again the response ignores the scriptures that preclude that interpretation.

Rewriting Scripture is a very serious thing to be found guilty of, and I know of few that have tried it and lived this life for long.

However, I've noticed ( since I came onto this forum some 7-8 years ago ) that you not only appear to be very casual about how you declare it, you also present many threads that do indeed border on re-writing it.

For example,
Anyone who does a search on threads you've posted will run across some in which you've taken what I see to be some liberties with His words, and even come near to changing what is written in many of your "interpretive translations".

Be careful, Van.
You're not dealing with man's words, you're dealing with God's words.
He will not suffer them to be trifled with.

To answer the question:

Revelation 20 says that everyone whose names are not found written in the Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire.
LOLl, and you lecture me about rewriting scripture. "Tis" leaves the scope or extent to interpretation, thus anyone present whose name was not found was cast into the lake of fire.

Logic and reason will teach us that ones whose names appear in the book of life FROM the foundation of the kosmos simply means those who are born into the kosmos through natural birth. This is especially brought to light since it is true that no one is added to the book because of any of their own deeds or of their personality.

These things are simple to understand before false religion darkens counsel and applies ethereal doctrines to them.

There is a way to be added to the Lamb's book of life and that way is Jesus Christ. Ye must be BORN AGAIN. How simple is this?

Men's names are blotted out of the book of life at the end of dispensations. Only 8 names were in the book of life when it began to rain in the days of Noah. The door was shut by God himself and no one could enter after that. Consider what Jesus said to these Jewish rulers whose task it was to recognize and lead the people of Israel to receive Jesus Christ as the promised Messiah. They refused and plotted to put him to death.

Matthew 12:32
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. (the world is aion = age=time period with a beginning and ending)
These men were at the end of the age of law which will blossom soon into the age of promise for the Jews.

Ga 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
He 1:22 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds (Aions = ages = time periods, all having a beginning and ending);

Speaking to those who will be saved after the rapture of the church of Jesus Christ and during the first 3 1/2 years of Daniel's 70th week.

2 Thess 2:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Only those who were believers will rest IN THAT DAY (the day of the LORD, the day of his vengeance). no one can be saved after the beginning of the day of the Lord judgement.

Those of you who reject dispensational theology cannot possibly understand the mind of God on these important truths.

So lets get this straight, God says "him will I blot out of my book;" and Gill says "not that anyone that is really in the book of life is ever blotted out" and you trust Gill over God.

Not at all. I know from reading the Bible as a whole, that no one who the Holy Spirit regenerates ever becomes unregenerated.

While God is faithful to save those that trust in Him man has to continue to trust in God if they are to be saved in the end.
Heb 3:14 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end,

Man can and some do fall away from Christ to their loss.
Heb 6:4 For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit,
Heb 6:5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,
Heb 6:6 and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame.

While you may have read the Bible as a whole you have failed to believe the Bible as a whole.
